Nice hotel, more than i can expect from 3* stars rated hotel. Arrived to the hotel late, checked in very quickly, got many tips from the girl from reception about hotel, attractions nearby. The room ( studio) was good, clean, exactly looks like on hotels photo on site. Breakfast - good, there was plenty of food - good choice for every one i think. Unfortunately, because of family affair we had to break our vacations and left hotel on 3rd night ( instead of 6th). And the price for staying was deducted - great surprise, i didnt even expested it. I will come to this hotel again - and I can recommend it to my friends and customers.

The staff was very nice at the reception. The two ladies that were there to greet us were outstanding, I feel bad I did not get remember their names (one with the glasses and the other had blind bleached hair). They were at check in on Thursday July 27th in the aftn. I hope they get recognized by management as they were simply amazing. In addition, being from North America, we could not charge our electronics, but they called someone to bring the converter the next morning. The spa area is nice as well. I have no complains at all. Reccomending this place for a nice and comfortable holiday. The rooms are not that spacious but they have everything you need. Everything was new and clean. The complex has a big and spacious yard with amenities for children.

Best hotel in Zlatibor when it comes to communal facilities. We will always choose Palisad over any other hotel ( when offer is reasonable) because they have amazing and huge lobby with plenty of seating, frequent guest musicians and collections of artwork to rival any galleries. We had very comfortable lux room with balcony and enjoyed our stay
