I liked Fatima Hotel for its great location near Volcanoes National Park, beautiful mountain views, friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast. The amenities like the pools and spa made the stay even more relaxing.

William the manager speaks english and french. He is very reactive and helpful. The food was nice but above the place whre the lodge stands is perfect. On the lake shore with a sublime view on the volcanos for the sunset and the sunrise. A small piece of paradise. Highly recommended!

The staff are AMAZING! So friendly - above and beyond. The room is simple and clean, the beds were comfortable. I felt safe. The location is really central if you like to explore the bustling town. We walked to 2 excellent restaurants within 5 minutes. They accommodated us with an early breakfast when we were trekking and a packed lunch for purchase. Amazing samosas. I absolutely loved this place. Felt like home away from home. The place was quiet and spotless. Patience, the owner was very communicative, helpful and extremely friendly. There was also a kitchen to use and Patience can also prepare for you very nice meals for affordable price. Drinking water was also provided. Only 10-12 minutes walk to the centre, bus terminals, supermarkets.
