Very nice guesthouse, the security guide is very lovely and helpful, Chris helped us to show the project and ask for John the driver to plan the trip around Kinigi to your activities. Here was build a project with great purpose and a lot of love from the owners for the ones who really need!

I am not sure anything I would write would do justice to this place.....The real luxury came from the Staff at Sambora. They are simply unique and impossible to forget. Their kindness, communicative smiles, generosity, attention to details, their joy (the dancers put a smile on your face from the moment you arrive), talent (the Chef is wonderful), and sympathy....I could go on and on.

The people working here are awesome! They are so helpful and friendly! The owner, Michael, is also awesome and one of the only Rwandese hotel owners in the area. The views from the premise are also beautiful. Definitely recommend staying here!

The location and gardens are amazing and the staff very professional, friendly and helpful. Their chef is a wizard in the kitchen and the meals expertly prepared. And then there is the resident fur baby - Sparky, who welcomes you to the property! The Lodge is also conveniently located close to the Volcanoes National Park and there are little touches such as preparing snacks to take with when you go gorilla trekking and cleaning muddy boots that make the stay extra special. The lounge and dining areas are spacious and well-appointed. My room was huge and in the evenings the staff add warm water bottles to your bed and light a fire so the room is cosy when you return from dinner.

I liked Fatima Hotel for its great location near Volcanoes National Park, beautiful mountain views, friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast. The amenities like the pools and spa made the stay even more relaxing.
