Nature Kigali is a friendly and relaxed hotel , convenient for the airport and conference centre. The food was of very high quality. I stayed a few times when I returned to Kigali after visiting different areas of the country. It was a home from home. I will recommend it as a place to stay for any friends visiting the country. The staff were very helpful with a special mention for Tracy for all her efforts sorting out my trips

I liked everything! The hosts Isabelle and Justine were so friendly and the accommodation was lovely. Justine gave me a ride one morning when it was pouring with rain and Isabelle's spinach sauce is the best I have ever tasted! Thank you both for such a lovely stay. I cannot thank enough the staff of Ally. I travelled alone and had a medical emergency. Has it not been their professionalism and humanity, I would have been in deep troble, non the least missed my flight back to Europe. The hotel itself is exceptional - recently renewed, sparkling clean, great breakfast and view, close to the airport - but the humans there are even next level.

I appreciated that the hotel had a driver to receive me at 3:00 am from the airport without a charge. The ride to and from the airport is free. The individual was on time, and my ride to the hotel was smooth. The room was clean and spacious and had all the necessities for comfort. Moreover, I loved the breakfast! (included). As a non-meat eater, I was happy to see food items to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I also liked the property and location. The property has nicely manicured lawns and a vast picture-postcard landscape view. It rained at times, which added a romantic feel to the place. The major attractions in Kigali are not too far from the hotel. The hotel helped with reserving a car to the attractions. The fee was quite reasonable. While the Rwandan Franc is the currency, the American dollar was accepted. I found the staff members I interacted with to be welcoming and accommodating. However, I want to acknowledge Yves, Arnold, and Gason. They went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable stay.

The Lemigo Hotel in Kigali truly stands out as an exceptional hospitality destination. The swimming pool deserves special mention - it's absolutely fantastic and provides a perfect retreat. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its staff, particularly Mr. Anthony, whose attentive service and genuine care for guests exemplifies Rwandan hospitality at its finest. The breakfast experience was perfect. The spread includes an impressive selection of fresh tropical fruits, made-to-order eggs (the omelettes are exceptional), and an array of fresh vegetables and salads. The variety and quality of the breakfast offerings ensure a perfect start to each day. The front desk team deserves high praise for their professionalism and efficiency. A particularly appreciated touch was the complimentary airport transfer service both ways - a service that demonstrates the hotel's commitment to guest convenience and comfort.

It was very close to the airport, yet you didn't hear airplane noise. It was clean and very comfortable. The staff was amazing. We actually stayed there twice, once coming back from Safari and had a large amount of clothing that needed to be washed. Even though it was a quick turn around time, the staff washed and dried our clothes and got them back to us immediately. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend them to all.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the airport, with a supermarket on the ground floor. (I didn't go to explore the supermarket because I left early but it did seem very convenient.) The staff were very polite and helpful, and they checked me in and made sure I was comfortable, even though I arrived pretty late. I highly recommend this hotel! Also, there is a chinese restaurant on site and the food was absolutely delicious.

Excellent breakfast, lots of variety. Rooms have been refreshed (the first time I stayed here was just two years after the genocide - it was the only hotel of a western level that hadn't been destroyed). Top floor restaurant has one of the best views of Kigali, and excellent cuisine. Also can reflet on the people who were saved from the genocide by being sheltered in this hotel in 1994.

What a charming place to stay! While the room is a little smaller, it is super clean and nice and is just a 10-15 minute walk from the awesome car free area. And dont even get me started on breakfast. Incredible. A really good value for you money if you wanna be close to restaurants and downtown. The pool is a great to have to take a dip in too!

Great Hotel near the airport, lovely staff and tasty food. The shuttle service from the airport worked perfectly even though I arrived at 1am. The room was cozy and clean, including a balcony, mosquito net, little fridge, iron... They also offer a city tour which I recommend to get an idea of the city.

Kigali is a clean city, it is safe, and there are a lot of lovely people some who became family in the few days of our stay. I personally loved the rich history outlined and made plain for everyone to understand where Kigali came from, what they experienced and who they are now. One of the things that came out strong for was forgiveness, reconciliation, and love for humankind. That is what i carried back with me, because i met people who lived through genocide, who lost their homes and families... and walking in their shoes for those moments we shared was the ACE that made my stay in Kigali worthwhile.
