SpainEverything was excellent - the service and staff were exceptional! Our room had a lovely ocean and pool view and our terrace was perfect for full relaxation - if the weather had been nice. The breakfast was lovely and we had dinner at the Italian restaurant twice - a perfect choice. The hotel manager was amazing - she was the one that showed us our room!!! We felt totally welcomed at all times!

CroatiaAliza was very kind and helpful host to arrange us transportation upon arrival as we had big suitcases and helped us to rent a great bikes to go around. Room we got was on the ground floor, private bathroom, big, clean, and tv is in the common area. It's a safe place to stay, calm, surrounded by local houses and apartments for tourists. There is a construction site next to so it was a bit noisy during the day but we went out anyway to explore the island. Shop and Pizzeria are 5 mins away, (Pizzeria closed on Monday, shop open 8-8, bread comes at 8:30). Kitchen is huge and clean and there is a terrace outside and smoking area in the garden. Many chicken and roasters nearby the place. Riding a bike to Anse Source d'Argent beach is easy, on a flat road, passing by interesting area where locals live and it takes around 10-15 mins slowly ride.

+ The beautiful and cool design of the chalet (maisonette style, open concept etc.)
+ Practical curtains to block the sun out of the sitting area if needed
+ Huge bed
+ So much space in general (for hanging clothes, to sit and chill, to cook....)
+ Amazing view, especially to watch bats and sunsets
+ No need to carry drinking water up the hill - it was provided by the host (12 litre containers)
+ The hill wasn't as bad/steep as some of the reviews say - if you are average fit, you can walk up without any problems
+ Kitchen equipment was very easy to clean (intact teflon frying pans etc.) and nothing was missing, you also have everything you need to wash the dishes
+ Having our own washing machine saved our trip :-)
+ Shuttle service from the ferry (small charge)
+ Friendly and helpful staff
+ You are not disturbed by anyone else, very secluded spot
+ Small swimming pool
+ Payment by credit card is possible, only extras like tourism tax and water need to be paid cash

From the moment we arrived, we were made very welcome including a free complimentary drink and assistance getting our bags to our room. Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to ensure we had all we needed and that we had the best time possible. The breakfasts we had every morning included fresh local fruits, fresh fruit juice, toast, eggs and tea or coffee. The restaurant and take away were very popular to all who were visiting the island and the food was lovely. The accommodation offered all that you needed and the rooms were cleaned every day. The icing on the cake were the staff, this is a family run business, they were always happy and willing to talk to you and assist in any way they could. In summary a great guest house that i would highly recommend to all.

The property is even better in real life compared to the pictures, the service provided was top tier, they provide a complimentary buggy transport from the ferry harbour to the hotel, you can use the facilities even after your check-out in case you have a late departure, the buffet offered a very good variety of food and very tasty too, dinners are with live music, the room I stayed in had a huuuge open air bathroom, they gift you a reusable water bottle too.

We got married in the Seycheles on Mahe island and continued our honeymoon at the Patatran hotel. The honeymoon suite has amazing views and the beach near the hotel is absolutely stunning. Breakfast and dinner is also nice: you can always find something to your taste. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the staff is very helpful. We hope to return back for our anniversary.

Breakfast brought to your porch when you asked for it was great but wants makes the place is the staff.Sarah couldn't do enough for us and all tbe staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

A quiet area, lots of lush nature around. One morning, after a night of rain, there was an amazing frog concert. Very comfortable bed, lots of pillows, hot water in the shower - everything you need! In the evening you can sit on the veranda and watch the sky with millions of stars.

Good location near the harbour, no need to take taxi, walking distance fine even with big suitcase and a baby stroller. Supermarket a minute away. Very good breakfast. Nice terrace. Bikes available for rent directly at accomodation.

So easy to spend a few days here, visiting as many beaches...
So easy to spend a few days here, visiting as many beaches as possible via bike, walking or boat or just relaxing in the garden of our guest house. It was not as expensive as we were expecting based on what others had told us; the food was delicious wherever we ate and there are two well stocked supermarkets for snacks and drinks!

Great island - really laid back and everyone on bicycles to get around. I did the hike to Anse Marron which was difficult due to the terrain but totally in nature and the natural surroundings - I loved it. This is definitely not for the faint of heart as we were in caves waiting for the tide to go out with 10 seconds to get up a rock kind of deal but man it was cool. For a longer Seychelles stay I would stay here for sure.
