The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant works in the evening not every day and there is not place to find food in the evening. When the restaurant works in the evening, there is only one option for a meal (there is no choice of the main dish). We got an interesting dish.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a lot of variety and even some "free from" options. Having ski rental in the building was very handy and the facilities in general were great, with 2 restaurants, spa/pool complex and convenience store on site. I also enjoyed the decor of the hotel and restaurant in general. The train station could be accessed directly from the hotel without having to go outside, which contained a supermarket and several other shops and cafes. The rooms and en-suite bathrooms were spacious with nice window fronts on the rooms. The staff were also very friendly. All in all and excellent hotel at a great price.

The hotel is in a fabulous position overlooking the countryside in Storlien. We were made very welcome and enjoyed our stay. The copper bar is especially nice, having had a recent refurbishment , like many other parts of the hotel.The hotel's history is very evident .

Vålådalens Fjällstation is located 100 metres from the ski lifts to Vålådalen Ski Area and 50 metres to cross country tracks.
