incredible property & staff! we came here for our honey moon and it did not disappoint! once in a lifetime location with the most attentive and welcoming staff! they arranged everything for us from electric bikes to dinner reservations. The breakfast & coffee is fantastic too! 10/10

The hotel’s location is very central, with plenty of dining options and lovely spots for a short walk nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and high-quality food. We also had the chance to use the sauna, which was a very pleasant experience. The instructions were simple, and we had it all to ourselves for a great price of 15 EUR per person for 3hrs. We would definitely return!

Everything was great! Comfortable bed and great shower; the a la carte breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff. Great views of the mountains from the room’s balcony. All in all a great experience!

Top class accommodation in the heart of Kranjska Gora village. We stayed over the Christmas festive season and staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Facilities for ski gear and snow boarding equipment storage. 5 star accomodation !!!

We had a great one night stay here on our way south through Slovenia. The room was comfy, views from the balcony amazing and the staff super helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I would stay here again, we enjoyed it very much.

Great place to have family leasure holiday. Breakfast and dinner were really good. The spa area is awesome, nice pool with great view over mountains. The location is 5min drive to the ski centre.
