Location couldn’t be better just a few mins walk to Old Town Centre and 1 minute from tram. Very modern hotel with large rooms comfortable bed very quiet and a great buffet breakfast in the mornings. Staff were very polite and friendly. It was just across the road from the main Police station too ! I will definitely stay at Hotel Avance upon my return to Bratislava. It was also excellent value for money.

A large selection of food at breakfast, some gluten free options. There were some different dishes every day. Very nice and helpful staff answer to all the questions, speak english. On our last night at the hotel we had a problem with youtube on the TV, after reporting the problem to the staff (it was around 10pm) the staff immediately fixed the problem quickly. Spacious hotel room, clean, tidy. Great location, close to shopping centers. Through the window of the room we saw a great view - Bratislava Castle.

Cosy hotel, perfect for a couple. Quiet Atmosphere. We were lucky, there were not a lot of people when we were there in July 2025. The garden is so beautiful. I liked that i can turn on jacuzzi massage when I want - there is button in the pool. We received fresh towel for SPA everyday. There was bathrobe and slippers in the room to use it for SPA. Our room was spacy, bright and ideally clean. We forgot some clothes when we left, the hotel sent it to us by post for free. We will definitely come back 🤗

Motel Kotva was a truly pleasant stay! Everything was noticeably clean and nice, making for a very comfortable experience. The best part was free parking lot in front the motel and polite stuff—they were all genuinely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. It's a bit far from city center but bus and trolly stop are across the street and you'll be in a center about 15 min top. Really big room with a king size bed, so all in all really good choice.

Everything was spot on. Clean, the A/C was working, the parking was safe and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of choice of food. The location is close to public transport. Not that close to the center, but the transport is just fine to get you where you want. There is a pub roughly a kilometer away with good food and beer.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends and co-workers. Wifi was very good, but it is not safe for business customers to have a wifi without a password.

I live in Bratislava, so I am a bit biased, but I love the Old Town area. There are many good restaurant and bar options in a compact and easily walkable space. And there seems to always be something going on downtown. It is definitely one of. Europe’s hidden gems.

I liked the Nivy area, it's very new and well organised with lots of green areas. There are a lot of shopping opportunities in the centre and around. Lot's of coffee shops and places to eat. The bus station is close by, and it was easy to get to from the Bratislava Airport.

Amazing location and garden, we would recommend to bigger groups, especially in summer. Room for improvement iside: kitchen had no coffee machine; the tea kettle or grill were basically not usable prior cleaning, there were spiders, spider webs and dust in the rooms).

Pezinok is a very nice place.

Pezinok is a very nice place. With very interesting History and architecture. There is some good Restaurant and other locals. Pezinok is good placed on thé road to Bratislava near thé mountain. IS very good as a place for travelling on thé entière area.

The apartment is situated on top (5th) floor and no lift/elevator available, which is not indicated in their sales introduction, and we hardly managed our luggage upto the room; shower can easily spill water out of the bathroom which is doorless but open to toilet area; towels are dark colour and rough (see picture); bedding is uncomfortable and quilt/blankets are easily messed up between inside stuff and outer cover(see picture); no napkin tissues are provided on dining table; toilet papers are limited to 2 rolls for 7 days’ stay.

The town is very quiet, special place to relax the soul and the mind. Very clean and green, near to the capital Bratislava. So if someone want to visit the capital of Slovakia is a good solution to sleep here!!!

Nice place. Very busy in the city center. We were only stopping by before heading to Vienna. Another country ticked off the list. Friends from Slovakia recommend hiring a car to see the countryside but we didn't have the time unfortunately

Bratislava on the whole was good, appart from the really bad problem of pickpockets, I heard lot's of people saying that they had stuff stolen We also went to Vienna for the day and booked a food and drink tour, it was well worth it Everyone was so helpful, we had to ask for directions numerous times We stopped at the loft hotel Bratislava (it was perfect)

Good place to be in Bratislava if you are looking for place...

Good place to be in Bratislava if you are looking for place outside of busy city center. Having lake Strkovec near is a big plus and also very convenient for sports fans, since it is close to hockey and football stadiums.
