The room was super cleaned big. On the fourth day, they changed the bedsheets. I’m impressed. The staffs were very polite and helpful. When I first checked in my room the safe box had a problem and I called room service and straight away the maintenance guy came fix the problem. Location is great connected to BTS Ratchathewi. There’s also a very nice cafe in front of the hotel. Spread buffet breakfast is a plus. Huge lobby. Easy check in and check out. Street food and massage parlour every corner of the hotel. I really love the hotel and the location.

The hotel was meticulously clean everywhere and the facilities were maintained to a high standard. Staff were great and always ready to help resolve any requirements that we had. Our room was in mint condition and had the best bed and pillows. They also upgraded our services package. The GM of this outstanding hotel and his team run a great facility and we plan to return in October for a much longer stay to celebrate a birthday with family. By the way, best breakfast in town complemented with exceptional service by the restaurant staff and chefs.

The hotel is EXACTLY in front of Wat Arun (and Chao Praya river) and the view at night is amazing not only from the room I chose but from the rooftop bar too where u have a great view of temples’ area back. Great restaurant where I had dinner (the terrace of the restaurant too is along the river & in front of Wat Arun) and breakfast every morning I stayed there (3 nights). Even the area close to the hotel is very nice with small alleys along the river. Not to be missed in BKK ! I’ll be back for sure !!

We stayed there for our honeymoon and the hospitality of the staff was absolutely amazing. Location is also perfect as it is located within walking distance to all the key shopping areas and street food. We made the most of the cocktail hours in Siraa Lounge where the small bites where just delicious. Nila is a lovely Indian restaurant which is a must try. Hotel is Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning ext year.

It is such a great visual treat to those who appreciate carefully thought of arts and design! My daughters and I loved everything in this hotel. From the spacious room, the breakfast and the lobby, not to mention, they have Malin + Goetz toilettries which I truly love. Bangkok is a nice city, full of light and rhythm. The night life is much more lively. If you like to indulge in fun and romance, I think BKK would always entice you. Its safari, beaches, clubs, restaurants are always fantastic. People are very gentle.

Wat Don Muan is a nice temple. Beautiful and peaceful. There is a local market near the temple. Interesting to watch around and taste local foods and fruits. People in the market who are selling foods are friendly and kind. Good to observe local people's life even while transit time of the flight.

I had lived in Bangkok for > 10 years, and chose Bangna due to it's easy connection to the airport, good facilities and transport links to the city centre. This stay was at the end of a 3 week road trip covering 3000km. Next time I would plan to stay a few more days in Bangna.

The location was centralized for the areas I wanted to go and visit. It’s important to keep in mind where you want to eat and where you want to go and see the ancient cities were all around. It was perfect. The location had a beautiful view and the room was excellent.

I stayed near the Victory monument , area which is like a hub for public transportation so it was very easy to get around for cheap. There s a nice little park nearby the hotel to get away from all the traffic and relax or do some jogging. Not many big shopping centers , around the victory monument the bigest one was the One center which has a few decent restaurants on the 3 rd floor. The hotels are cheaper around this area and you can go anywahere with bts or bus or grab/ bolt or motorbike taxis etc

Especially the hotel charged me with extra night for the checked out day and withdraw from my bank visa without justification, or mentioning this in the policy of the hotel. when I copmlained to hotel and booking, my money never return back to my bank account for one extra night though the booking.com followed them and they lied saying we transferred the money to my bank account after booking complain without transferring the money for the checked out night they took, or providing providing bank statement of the transfer. I am still trying to get my ony back hopeless since they do not answer my messages sent to the hotel through booing and booking is not replying back to me, no valid number I can contact, or message after several trials. both the hotel and booking does not reply, or have easy access for communication to return the money back and send supporting document of the the transfer. BAD SERVICES FROM BOTH HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM who ignored my request after following it up with the hotel at the beginings and promised the money with be transferred back to my account that had been withdrawn from it the check out night as per their complain and communication with the hotel.

I had a great time at this location.

I had a great time at this location. It was very close to the BTS train system and a mall is directly across the street. Up the street both ways are some good night markets, 7-11 on the corner, ATM is also right there, plus several street vendors for food, coffee shop, KFC and other shops are up the street.

The hotel was extremely hard to find even though I was within 20 metres. The rooms just sit quietly above a dim sum restaurant. Very little signage on the street and no direct direction on booking.com Friendly staff once discovered though. Even my taxi driver couldn't get directions from a shop close by. Needs clarification on web site of location above Dim sum restaurant.

Noisy and humid but few flies or mozzies even around canals Bangkok traffic is famous but the MRT and BTS systems plus the airport rail link make moving around fairly stress free though crowded for most of the day. Visit: Ayuttha, River Kwai Bridge (not the original name, (actually means water buffalo) changed after the film. While there visit the war cemetary and take the trip on the Death railway. In Bangkok itself visit the Grand Palace and other sites in Bangkok if you can find your way past coach loads of Chinese tourists. Siam Paragon amazing selection of eating options and great for shopoholics. Sea world worth a visit
