Hotel is brand new with modern design. All is clean and fresh. Excellent service from first day. Kind and helpful bellboy with reception. Nice service in restaurant. Effective houskeeping. Friendly pool bar with special thanks to Alice for kindness and taking care for customer. Valuable facilities like rooftoop pool, gym, bar, restaurant and wi-fi. We were very pleasantly surprised by the positive attitude toward a gluten-free diet, not only at breakfast but also in the rooftop restaurant (special thanks to the intern Freya). The breakfasts were very good and varied. Excellent location with direct access to Terminal 21. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was equipped with a very practical smart toilet — just add an AI assistant and you'd want to stay there even longer 😉. We would definitely choose the same hotel again for our next stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The food was delicious, and the service throughout was top-notch. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, making it incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the quick buggy rides around the property, requests were always handled promptly and with a warm smile. I absolutely enjoyed my SPA! Everything was just perfect. We have only compliments regading the U Jomtien experience. From the beggining of our journey we felt like home because of the room facilities and breathtaking view . The location is in the quiet area of Jomtien beach but easy to reach all the main atraction of Pattaya. But all the experience could not be amazing without the wonderfull staff . I want to mention escpecially the breakfast team: Kung(so kind and always smiling) Pon(hi class customer service) Den(very work orientated and carefull) Bas( always up and down replanishing the food from the buffet and still smiling ) All the staff from the hotel had good energy and always customer orientated. I have been to Pattaya many times.

I have been to Pattaya many times. The last three times was to obtain major dental treatment. I am impressed with the dentist and the dental services. Otherwise, Pattaya is gradually losing its magic. Local travel on Baht buses, Bolt, and Grab is very good value for money. Cheap clothes and footwear are finished. It's cheaper in K-Mart in Australia. Unless you buy street food, eating out is expensive. Drinks can be expensive in many venues, though not all. I went to bars ang go-go bars only and ate street food. Many local Thais looked unhappy. It's not the land of Smiles anymore. Too many little scams make Thailand irritating for tourists. No wonder people are going elsewhere. The bus services are hard to understand, especially at the North Road Bus Station. You need a proper website to explain the bus services.

It's a place that is full of go go bars and sex shows so be prepared to be approached on numerous occasions when you walk anywhere. This wasn't a place that I would choose to stay, but it could be what others are looking for. It was a short stop for us as we were island hopping so it was the perfect location for a night.

It's raining season in Thailand now. Therefore, the sea's water on Jomtien Beach is not so clear but it is still available for swimming as well. By the way if you want to take a nap on the beach, you are recommended.

It was lovely there, definitely the nice part of Pattaya. Much quieter and more relaxing. If you prefer to be in amongst the hustle and bustle, you would probably prefer to stay in the city centre. Although it was a very short cheap uber or taxi/scooter ride to the city centre.

Several good beaches. Our favorite was Tien Beach, for its beauty and big sandy beach. Also some excellent restaurants within walking distance. Well worth learning to ride a motorbike before you come.

I like this area because it is a short distance to the hustle and bustle of Pattaya or Jomtien, but it is quieter and less expensive. If you're looking for a party atmosphere, this isn't it. But if you're looking for laid back bars and restaurants and affordable hotels and vacation rentals near the beach, it's great.

Si Racha has 2 attractions; a very nice shoreline park, and a beautiful small island (KOH LOI) connected to the mainland by a causeway. Fortunately for me it does not attract beach- and fun- loving tourists because it has no significant beach or nightlife. Therefore, the main attraction for me is that it is quite peaceful with some nice temples and walks. The people are very friendly and helpful.

I've lived in Thailand now for 1.5 years and this was easily the worst 'vacation' experience yet, including 3 months here as a tourist in 2023. It's almost as if Bang Saen is anti-farang, maybe because Pattaya is only an hour south? It was as though I was an alien wandering a foreign land -- caught numerous people pointing me out to their friends as though they've never seen a white person before. The beach is so terrible that I hesitate to call it 'a beach'. Trash everywhere, water literally unswimmable due to logs, metal poles, and general debris. All the restaurants are also music clubs and everyone is confused and somewhat dismissive of farang -- can't get a drink, can't get anyone's attention. Once again, maybe the thought is that all farang belong in Pattaya or something and they want to keep Bang Saen only for the locals. Regardless, it was a complete waste of 2 days of holiday. And just to crown it all off, my 09:40 bus never came. Of course there was no apology or explanation, just a new ticket for the next bus back to Bangkok in an hour. It was all just a total waste of time, money, days off, and left me feeling like I need a 'real holiday' as soon as possible. 0/5

A lot of street food restaurants.

A lot of street food restaurants. Big department store was so crowded after 16.30. A lot of students in this province. While I ate some foods at the street, someone attacked on me and asked for money.... so scary.
