Free tea and coffee and water were the highlights for me. I was surprised Blu Monkey was offering unlimited hot beverages and drinking water when during my entire stay in Thailand I had to resort to 7-Eleven. The front lady is good and speaks decent English. She helped us out with tour bookings and also let us sit in the reception after checkout. Rooms are cosy and I loved the whiteness, inscriptions, and cleanliness.

    loved everything! it was an absolute comfortable stay, the staffs were helpful in assisting & advising for tours packages. they had water refill at the lobby too, which i personally liked. the room, shower, pool was all clean. the stay is located at the end of the island so it’s about 5-7mins walk to main island area but i found joy in walking & exploring. so no complains 🥰

    Stay away from the main town part if you want some quiet.

    Stay away from the main town part if you want some quiet. It's over commercialized, and touristy. The resorts are overpriced for their services and amenities. However we loved Long Beach. It was a beautiful beach. If you like tea, I recommend you bring it from home. It's very hard to find good black tea in Thailand. And when you do, there are limited choices and It's very pricey.

    When I stepped off the ferry, I was in absolutely awe, and immediately fell in love. It's a beautiful, small island, still packed with bars, restaurants and shops. I only stayed one night and I think 2 nights would have been enough. I did the phi phi viewpoint hike, which was killer, especially in the heat. It did get crowded for sunset, so grab your pictures before the crowd arrives. You can walk everywhere, no transport on the island as not needed. I ate at the pirate bar/restaurant, great beach view seating. I also ate at a little cafe near my accommodation, but can't remember the name......
