1. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly they had our rooms available a little bit early we only stayed for 48hrs and when asked regarding island tours and getting to Krabi they offered multiple methods and provided the best options for us. So the next day when we had the full day tour booked then ferry in the evening they allowed us to store our luggage in a supply room, take a shower after and change before heading to the ferry. The concierge staff and assisting staff really made our stay worth it.

The location is excellent, nearby to all the bars, restaurants, cafes, shops etc. The entire hotel was spotless clean and really well maintained. The view of the pier and bay from the balcony room that we had beautiful. Also they had a decent value laundry service that we used.

They took us to the hotel from the pier by private longtail boat. On our way back, we returned to the pier in the same way and I thank them for providing us with this service at a cheaper price than usual. The island is like paradise, it has its own private beach and no one uses it except the hotel guests. It has very clear water. The meals are prepared by professional chefs. This holiday was the most interesting and beautiful holiday I have ever had. We had arranged it for only two nights, we will make a longer arrangement next year. The only bad thing about the stay is that there are a lot of mosquitoes. That's why you need to bring your sprays when you come. Hotel staff also spray insecticide for mosquitoes every day and come to your room and take special care of it.

This is my favourite place to stay in all of Thailand. The rooms are comfortable and provide a great peaceful view. While phi phi can be a bit crowded and crazy you never feel it here as its sets off at the end of a beach with just a short 10 min max walk into town. They have a substantial breakfast in the morning with made to order omelets, pancakes, cereal, toast, fresh fruit, and more. There were lots of friendly cats around that came by for a visit.

Lovely room and very friendly staff. Good meal prices for lunch and dinner. Me and my partner absolutely loved our stay with the beach at your front door step and lovely staff happy to help with any need. The Viking resort ensure our time there was both wonderful and enjoyable. Each day offered excellent room cleaning and fresh bottled water. We were very happy with our stay and would love to return.

The hotel is amazing! The service of the staff members is outstanding, the hospitality and the response to requests were excellent. The food at the hotel is among the tastiest in all of Thailand, the restaurant's location on the sea has a mesmerizing atmosphere. The spa was amazing. Among the best hotels.

Great and clean rooms. Breakfast very complete. Prim was a helpful girl with us, she is in the reception everytime to help guests when you need it. Location is good to move in the island and take different tours. The hotel is near to the night clubs on the beach, the night ends 2 AM.

Koh Phi Phi is great.

Koh Phi Phi is great. If the weather had been better, then I would have preferred to have more time for outdoor activities. Since it was not good, there was only so much you can do on this tiny island. I stayed at the Relax Resort and would not have changed my selection. It was so pretty! The snorkeling just outside our door was surprisingly good. There are so many activities to choose from during your stay. We took a speedboat to Koh Phi Phi from Krabi and again from Koh Phi Phi to Phuket. Both were pleasant and fast.

Perfect Island location.

Perfect Island location. Transfer to and from the Island is easy, with multiple options of ferries or speedboat all offering multiple departures throughout the day. Lots to do on the Island; boat trips - private or booked with a tour. Cuisine - masses of choice; including European, western and Thai. Locals are very friendly and will help with what you need.

It was a little more expensive on the island but that was...

It was a little more expensive on the island but that was expected. I loved the variety of restaurants. They had so many market stalls too and water activities. Canoeing, snorkeling, scuba diving and boat that take you to other island's for day trips. So much to explore and a fair bit to do at night. I went with my friend at the start of the year and with my 12 year old daughter now. It is family friendly. Lots to do for both adults and children. Highly recommend. I will be back next year !
