The hotel is freshly renovated. All facilities are new and in good condition. The bed is amazing, super comfortable. The mattress, pillows, blanket are the best. Bed linen and towels are spotlessly clean, the beach towers are large and soft. Daily cleaning. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The hotel representative met us at the pier and helped with the luggage, it was very nice.

It was perfect. Right in the centre of everything. Walking distance to all the bars, shops restaurants. Rooms were big and really clean. It wasn't what we thought at all. It was so much better when we got there. I would say here again. I would recommend to everyone. Weather you are single. Group of friends or couple. Even though it was near everything it was still quite and no loud noises.

We stayed in July. The room was very nice, spacious, modern, and very clean — it looked newly renovated and even had a big sofa. The pool area was also big and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in front of the beach (although it’s more like a port, not for swimming) and only 200 meters from the pier, so it’s super convenient when you arrive with luggage. It’s also close to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly, and they offer discounts for their restaurant (20% one time) and massages (15%). The restaurant was good, with sea views. The breakfast was complete with eggs, coffee, fruit, yogurt, etc., and it’s cheaper if you buy it directly at the hotel. The gym was very nice — we used it twice.

The location and the rooms were excellent. Since there is no transportation on Phi Phi Island, this hotel is located at the most convenient location on the Island, which is right in front of the Pier, making it very easy to commute from the pier to the hotel. Our overall stay was very good.

Very nice hotel with clean room. The reception was really nice kindly stored our luggage and offered us a welcome drink. There was water in the room and everything we needed was provided. We also received coupons for a very good complimentary buffet-style lunch. The location is excellent.

    Stay away from the main town part if you want some quiet.

    Stay away from the main town part if you want some quiet. It's over commercialized, and touristy. The resorts are overpriced for their services and amenities. However we loved Long Beach. It was a beautiful beach. If you like tea, I recommend you bring it from home. It's very hard to find good black tea in Thailand. And when you do, there are limited choices and It's very pricey.

    When I stepped off the ferry, I was in absolutely awe, and immediately fell in love. It's a beautiful, small island, still packed with bars, restaurants and shops. I only stayed one night and I think 2 nights would have been enough. I did the phi phi viewpoint hike, which was killer, especially in the heat. It did get crowded for sunset, so grab your pictures before the crowd arrives. You can walk everywhere, no transport on the island as not needed. I ate at the pirate bar/restaurant, great beach view seating. I also ate at a little cafe near my accommodation, but can't remember the name......
