The hotel is an absolute marvel! We loved the architecture and the interior of this fantastic place, feeling there as we would stay in a noble house from the time of Sukhothai kingdom, full of stories and history. Beautifully decorated, this place gives you the feeling of living in the past, at the same time offering the luxury of a modern hotel. The staff is amazingly attentive, welcoming you like a family member. The restaurant gives you the chance to enjoy delicious Northern style dishes, served with love. We stayed in Shinnabhura Historic Boutique Hotel twice within 10 days. And we would always choose it in the future. Shinnabhura made our stay in Pitsanulok a highlight.

Nice resort, bungalow clean, spaceous, well equipped, comfortable sleep, hot water in the shower, good working Wi-Fi. Various choices of breakfast. The top of it - the staff - excellent. We kindly asked the reception lady for help with finding a taxi that could take us to our next destination the next day. She found the taxi driver. We agreed upon the price. In an hour the lady knocked on our door to say that the driver is asking for additional payment on the top of agreed price. Then she dialed the phone number and talked to someone - we thought she tried to negotiate with the driver. Then she handed the phone to me. It was her manager. The manager lady apologized, saying that what the driver did was utterly unacceptable. She said that her company was going to sort out with someone else for agreed price. It wasn't their fault, they had nothing to apologize for - they just tried to help. I would recommend Wanathara resort to anyone. Nice place, nice people

Large parking space, very fast check in and check out process. Comfortable bed. Everything is very clean. Helpful staff. Great Wifi . Free coffee or cappuccino from machine in the morning at the entrance area. Next to PTT station with 7–eleven. I fully enjoyed my stay.

Not a tourist town.

Not a tourist town. Temples and local history are very interesting. Folk art museum was the highlight for us. Unfortunately we didn’t get to nearby Sukhothai historical park which was highly recommended by our host.

There really isn't much there to see as a tourist.

There really isn't much there to see as a tourist. The city is not pretty or anything special. We were at Sukhothai and decided to travel here to extend our mini vacation. I would not recommend it for a visit. The only highlight for me was the SGT MAJ Folk Museum. This is a must see, if you are ever in the city.

Good transport links plane, train and coach. Not really a tourist oriented city but good cafes and excellent shopping. Was perfect as a base for exploring the region. Hire cars available from the airport and cheap taxis using Bolt App.
