The atmosphere and design is beautiful. The staff is great, always greeting with smile and helpful. The massage experience at spa was very good. The cocktails at the bar by King are perfect. We dined in the restaurant every evening and everything we've tried was just perfect. The menu is large so various to choose from. Net was greatly serving us.

The hotel was centrally located in town, walking distance from some very goof Michellin rated restaurants and the shopping street. The room was small but comfortable and equipped with what we needed. The staff was incredible. They were very kind, helpful and accommodating. We will return here if we once again find ourselves in Phuket.

Everything was beautiful and taken care of in the smallest details. The staff was very attentive and well-prepared. Everyone was very good, but one young woman named Miss Vee, restaurant service attendant, stood out for her skill, talent, kindness, and abilities. During our stay at the Veranda Resort, we always had lunch and dinner at the restaurant thanks to the good cuisine but also thanks to the great professionalism and empathy of Miss Vee. We really felt great here.

Everything. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a very wide variety of choices to pick from, different types of breads, lots of fruits, variety of egg types to choose from. The rooms were stunning with very large bathrooms and great views of the Chalong Bay. The pool was a stunning infinity pool on the top floor and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I really love the clock tower view! This hotel really shows what a boutique luxury hotel should be, with an amazing attention to detail that goes beyond expectations. The staff is quietly attentive, always there when you need them without ever being in the way. The building is a beautiful architectural gem, and the rooms are spotless—so clean they look brand new. The amenities are super generous, but what really stands out is the attention to the little things. This hotel has truly nailed luxury service and definitely deserves all the kudos. Idyllic Island of International Fame

Thailand’s largest island, Phuket has a mountainous landscape leading down to lush, green palms, warm, turquoise seas and soft, golden sands. Patong is its most developed resort and is well known for outrageous nightlife. There are lots of clubs, bars and restaurants in the main town and it also has a fantastic beach lined with hotels and resorts.

To the south is Karon, home to the 2nd largest beach and offshore coral reefs that are good for snorkelling. Quieter Kamala also has coral reefs and good surfing conditions, as do the curved beaches at Kata.

The island’s airport is in the north and there are lots of Phuket hotels near the airport in Mai Khao and Nai Yang, where sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. In Bangtao to the south there is a great range of Phuket hotels with private pools on Booking.com, while around the corner in exclusive Surin there are often typical Thai long boats bobbing up and down in the rolling waves.

On the other side of the island Chalong has an impressive Buddhist temple and is a popular spot for kitesurfing. Neighbouring Panwa has shallow water coral and the Phuket Aquarium to explore. The Phi Phi islands are off Phuket’s eastern shores and their idyllic scenery makes wonderful day trips.

Among the many best about the hotel, the location of the hotel couldn't be any better. The pool access room that we stayed in for just one day was amazing if not for a little issue we faced due to which the management upgraded us to a family room. Their pool layout was so good that my son spent hours playing in the pool. Also, the rooms around the pool created the perfect vacation vibe. Amenities provided such as umbrellas, slippers, the coffee machine, and clothes drying hangers were simply top-notch and well thought through. The interconnecting room was perfect for our family of 4 with young kids. The best part was that dining options were plenty right within a few steps from the hotel. Also, you can access the beach which is right in front of the hotel where all sorts of water activities are available. We also found that an emergency medical clinic was 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel which we unfortunately had to use on our last day just before checking out. Lastly, a great amount of credit goes to their staff at all levels. The reception staff was so understanding and skillful in all situations. They helped nurse my son's injury and pacified him as well. To top off my stay, they have a play area where my 5-year-old spent so much time playing with other kids. Overall it was great staying here and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is absolutely stunning and nestled in the mountain cliff area away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket, which worked for us. The staff were so attentive and very friendly. The room is also beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bathroom and dressing area is very large! The food was fantastic, the Thai restaurant is a must, and we did the cooking class, which is an amazing experience. They also gave us a goody bag, which was such a lovely touch. Overall 10/10 experience.

We liked the location: beautiful beach and significantly less hectic than close by Kata beach. The beach is perfect and you can walk far into the Andaman sea. The hotel is well kept and has a huge area with many facilities. The staff is always friendly, helpful and smiling. The hotel location was perfect for me.

The hotel location was perfect for me. Beach, cafe, convenient store and local shops are just across the street. We love the pool. Staffs were amazing-prepared my daughter’s bed that made memorable on her birthday. The only thing that disappoint me was the bed, not soft and comfy for someone with back problems. Rooms weren’t sound proof. Can hear the noise of other guests and banging of doors. They should include sweeping / mopping the room everyday.

IT IS HAVING COLONEAL STYLED BUILDINGS AND SHOP HOUSES. WE WERE THERE FOR ONE SKETCHING EVENT ASIA LINK SKETCH WALK 2025. WONDERFUL HELPFUL PEOPLE. VERY NEAT AND CLEAN TOWN. ENJOYED SKETCHING THE TEMPLES , SHIPS, SHOP HOUSES.

I loved my stay at Chanelay garden resort hotel where staff were amazing especially Gain who made my stay exceptional. She was incredible helpful and her professional manner and attitude made me want to come back to the hotel again.

Sun (the manager) and his amazing team treat you like family instantly and you honestly feel that the hotel is your Thai home. My family and I will never forget the wonderful facilities, food and warm feeling we received from everybody at the Pacific Club. My sons wanted me to mention Ron and Joso who made their stay by always stopping for a chat. I could not recommend to a family a better hotel in Phuket. Each evening you can ask reception to organise a tuk tuk to take you to Karon main strip for a couple of pound and on a Tuesday and Friday there is a fantastic night market at the temple. Well worth checking out. The best places to eat (apart from thd lovely menu at the hotel) are the tiny restaurants down the side streets. The ones with 2 or 3 tables and plastic chairs where you can see the chef. We ate some of the best food of our lives for unbelievable prices. Leaving a tip in these places goes a long way!

Go along where the restaurants and people are as it's the nicest there, or a tiny bit farther south along the shore. Closer to the airport and national park, the beach is very dirty and full of rubbish, although you can watch the airplanes take off. I loved eating at The Beach Restaurant Nai Yang. Right on the beach and reasonable prices.

nice beach and reasonable price for the beach chair& solar umbrella, only 100฿ for a whole day rent. The sands there feels good and always suitable waves for enjoying swimming along the coasts and water games.

Room for improvement to be clean and well organised to manage shops, restaurants, and massages to welcome tourists from around the world. Now is dirty not only because of trash from the waves but also on the beach with all shops - does not clean their own area. Recommend Bangtao Beach from the middle up towards the north to Layan Beach.

I have been going to Rawai for 25 Years.

I have been going to Rawai for 25 Years. I even bought land there. Its great as there are many beaches and restaurants, with Nai Harn very close a 5 Star Beach. There are many places of interest nearby, unfortunately Big Buddha is currently closed. One thing to note now is that the Banks won't let you take money from your Debit Card, Credit cards are O.K though, but I don't use them. Every where uses cash so make sure you take plenty of cash to last for your holiday. The ATM machine withdrawals will cost you £10 a withdrawal with a limit of £200. Average Restaurant meal costs around £25 for 3 people inc. soft drinks. I always hire a car, but services have improved with regular electric buses and always taxis/tuktuks,

It was a very refreshing stay in the property which was full of greenery and good views of beach from the huge balcony attached to the suite. Did not want to leave the property so early and definitely want to come back again.

Recommendation for restaurants = "My Front Yard" is a new location with several different types of restaurants. Ate at three of them and the food and service was excellent. Recommend "Home Sweet Home" as the close by go to coffee shop.
