I booked this hotel because of its location close to the airport. I had a connecting flight with a very early departure. My arrival in Bangkok was also early, so the included shuttle service upon arrival and departure was really helpful. The ride between the hotel and the airport takes about 20 minutes. The communication with the hotel was timely and smooth, and everything worked as planned. I checked in early in the morning, had a good sleep, and left at night. The room looked bland (which is surprising for the colourful Thailand), but the bed was perfect, the hot shower refreshing, and the room was quiet. I ordered lunch in my room and the food was tasty and well-priced.

Such an amazing place. So glad I found it and I will always stay here now when I have a morning flight from BKK. The deluxe rooms are completely quiet. You are guaranteed a good night's sleep. The key staff speak excellent English and the transfer to the airport was perfect. It took less than 15 minutes to get to the airport. It also has a really quiet and rustic setting so you can relax before you fly.

We stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of friends. It's a new hotel with a great location, 10 minutes from the airport. Shopping centers, night markets, and other amenities are nearby. Guests enjoy excellent complimentary coffee. The quiet small backyard is perfect for reading. And of course, thanks to the receptionist, Erin, for her professionalism and friendliness!

Very good option for the transfer at BKK airport. Breakfast served from 6.00 am, perfect when you have to catch the morning flight. Shuttle service on time. Comfortable room. Don’t overpay at Novotel. I did it once and after this experience I know it was a mistake.

We had a very short period at this stay in between of our 2 flights. They provided us with the option of early check-in (2 hours prior to their usual time). We were able to book in their airport shuttle service at the time of check-in too. There is a shuttle service every 30 minutes and it is 200 tbh per room (not per person which was really great). We booked our 2:30 am shuttle and since we were the only ones, we left 5 mins early and was at the airport at 2:35 am itself (10 minutes from the time of being in the lobby to the airport - considering little to no traffic).

You get more than you paid for. It's definitely not a 5 star resort, but everything is superb. The staff is extremely nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable and quite big. The pool was also always clean relative to other places. The food from the restaurant in the hotel was great too. And there's a 7-eleven about an 8-min walk away. And other restaurants nearby.

I needed a room last minute due to an issue with my flight and that hotel did the job perfectly 👍 Cash is preferred but I paid with a credit card and it was accepted (3% surcharge). The rooms are pretty large and really quiet during the night (when the train is not running). Breakfast is average but pretty good value for money.

excellent hotel and facilities. Wonderfull enormous pool. distance to the airport for an airport hotel is a little disappointingly far; it takes a good 20 min by taxi from the airport. The return journey is slightly of shorter duration.

Very nice place to visit.

Very nice place to visit. You can adjust your time as you like it. Calm and quiet in relaxed areas. Or you can take short rides around in Bang Phli to experince temples, zoo's, old river-city's etc. All within a short time. Absolutely recommended as a place to visit. (As all places I've visited in Thailand)

Bang Phli is a good place to stay for the airport, about 30-40m by taxi. The shopping mall at Big C is good, but you must cross the road outside by skywalk, as this road makes Silverstone look placid - very dangerous!! Bang Phli is not near the city so don't expect to see many tourists in the area.

This place is close to airport.

This place is close to airport. Took us hardly 20 minuets to reach. Close by lot of places to eat, 7/11 close by. After 9 in the evening becomes quiet deserted. Hotel does not have foreign currency exchange facility. You will be better off getting it done at airport as nothing is open close by for the exchange. Nearest exchange was told at Marriott which close by but closed and opens at 8 am.

Cheap and clean but disapointing. WiFi insecure and came on next morning and off at 8am day we left. Coffee was 3 in 1 mix (coffee, creamer, sugar) doesn't allow for those who don't want creamer or sugar but at least it wasn't Nescafe! A bleak area with no restaurants just a 7/11 across a busy, fast 8 lane highway. Staff seemed disinterested

We had a great stay the front desk went out if their way to accommodate out late arrival 1AM. Driver was polite and helpful. Rasi at the front desk gave on the spot advise of how to get around Bonus was the breakfast and van ride to the airport.

Terrible suburb of Bangkok with nothing to see and nothing to do not even a walk. We ate at a vegan restaurant that was nice and really good but the prices don't worth the place at all! You can't cross the street without risking your life. Dirty streets, poor places, just don't go there.
