Very friendly staff, hotel is neat, boutique style (one can purchase inventory on demand), quiet in the room despite being on a street with heavy traffic. Has nice pool and sitting area around it in the inner yard surrounded by the hotel - it was neat and pleasant to be there. Overall clean. Breakfast could have been a bit more diverse and versatile but it was ok. Transport to attractions and from them back to the hotel can be a hustle.

The hotel is in a great location, just a stone's throw away from the night market. The hotel staff speaks great Laos and English speciel Tee Super helpfull and friendly . The room is large, clean and tidy, fully equipped, the air conditioner is quiet and cool, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a rich breakfast. The staff was just amazing. Beyond expectation. The hotel was super clean. Early checkin with no fee. While waiting to complete the check in we were offered a free soft welcome drink. The bed in our deluxe room was super comfy, and the room was spacious. Great view from the 22nd floor. The room was perfectly sound proof so we had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast is just perfect.

-> The building itself is Very Nice ! Lovely Thai architecture. You are never disappointed and the domain (farm, pool, stable, gym, main building, beach) are all close to each other (a buggy is available for the person with limited mobility or lazy) -> the breakfast is good. I would rate it around 80%. There are an ‘occidental’ part (eggs, beacon, sausage and all usual stuff), a ‘Thai’ part (Thai dessert, eggs, very good local fuits, and every day a different set of Thai main courses) and a Chinese part as well (soups, noodles, fried stuff, sauces, …) and a part with sushi. Food is good, seems of good or very good quality. -> lovely pool (two sub part for the main one, allowing a space for children and another one for adultes) and a pool for the lounge. All three of them are clean, water is at the right temperature for south thailand. It is easy to find a seat and or bed to rest near those pools. -> the rooms are well decorated, spacious, bed are confortable. We got à communicating room. Bathroom is above average in term of space/decoration. -> the lounge is open from 11am to 10pm. There are always food (thai & occidental) -> staff is nice (which is quite common in thailand anyways) but within Dusit Thani hua hin, you feel that the staff care about your wellbeing. Special thanks to the person operating at the farm (buffalo, goats,chicken and tortures) which is very clean (for a farm) and animals lovely and obviously well treated all year long. Activity to plant rices, feed animals and pet them are interested for all children’s ( from 4 to 18 yo). -> check in / check out is quite fast.

Example if you like a particular food they will try and get it for you and if you like a particular food at breakfast, you will be asked ea morning whether you would like it. Noisy and humid but few flies or mozzies even around canals Bangkok traffic is famous but the MRT and BTS systems plus the airport rail link make moving around fairly stress free though crowded for most of the day. Visit: Ayuttha, River Kwai Bridge (not the original name, (actually means water buffalo) changed after the film. While there visit the war cemetary and take the trip on the Death railway. In Bangkok itself visit the Grand Palace and other sites in Bangkok if you can find your way past coach loads of Chinese tourists. Siam Paragon amazing selection of eating options and great for shopoholics. Sea world worth a visit

People are very friendly.

People are very friendly. Although the city is busy we found the traffic easy to navigate and drivers stopped to let pedestrians cross the road. Beautiful places to visit. Loved the waterfalls and elephant care facilities. Food was amazing and so were the massages.

Central Patong Beach is very busy and congested, personally not my recommendation, however it is much more quiet at either end away from the central area. I would more recommend Kata (although it is wall to wall sunbeds - unbelievable really) and Karon Beach and highly recommend Kamala Beach.

If you went there for the girlie bars 10 out of 10. Walking street was disappointing from the street. The baht busses were good but you had to plan your trip according to the direction the buses went. Plenty of good food places at reasonable prices. Shopping centres catered for expensive tastes.

Koh Phi Phi is great.

Koh Phi Phi is great. If the weather had been better, then I would have preferred to have more time for outdoor activities. Since it was not good, there was only so much you can do on this tiny island. I stayed at the Relax Resort and would not have changed my selection. It was so pretty! The snorkeling just outside our door was surprisingly good. There are so many activities to choose from during your stay. We took a speedboat to Koh Phi Phi from Krabi and again from Koh Phi Phi to Phuket. Both were pleasant and fast.

The hotel is in a great location on top of the old town and...

The hotel is in a great location on top of the old town and seconds from great shops, coffee bars and a vast range of venues. It is an excellent value place to stay if you want to be in the centre. The old town is great for the Sunday walking street and has everything to offer. A selection of different music artists, brilliant choice of street food and lots to spend your money on. Thoroughly recommend.

excellent hotel and facilities. Wonderfull enormous pool. distance to the airport for an airport hotel is a little disappointingly far; it takes a good 20 min by taxi from the airport. The return journey is slightly of shorter duration.

We love Bangkok for its busy craziness, but Koh Lanta is our favourite place for chilling out. Hire a scooter, explore the island, try the restaurants, swim, snorkel, watch the sunset - its that kind of place.

Sylvan is vertical resort and beautiful. They do a great job helping you get around. Expensive but you get your moneys worth. Great staff, great views, Santhiya Tree was impressive but probably looked really nice 8 years ago. Over priced, hard to find. No sign to long entrance road. Restaurant named Apple Kitchen at entrance was great and very inexpensive. I’m 80 and my wife is 83. They gave us the top floor with no elevator. Steps are uneven in height so be careful. A real workout. Breaks my heart to see the wood rotting from neglect. Next resort is Lagoon Prince. Stayed here many times. Old resort, good value, closer to ferry. White Sand Beach is great at night. Food up the beach at Soul & Sand is excellent. Every resort on the beach has a good vibe. From high end to very economy.
