Always like going to this hotel - have been a few times before. Staff are excellent and Rafika and Ferdaous on reception really helpful. Bar and restaurant staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you

We were at the hotel with the kids, Staff were very friendly and helpful: the reception, luggage, restaurant, room service, etc... We opted for an all-inclusive option, which was perfect, especially with the children Food was excellent with plenty of varieties of all tastes in the buffet at the main restaurant Entertainment during the day and in the evenings was amazing. The entire family had fun, from pool foam party to evening samba show and beach party with professional DJ. The entertainment team and the kids' club team were very professional Cleanliness was also perfect We enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely return to this hotel

So friendly staff, everyone in the hotel is smiling and working with a positive spirit. Great location. Wonderful beach. Mr. Mokhtar in the restaurant is an icon. Employees in the reception were unbelievably friendly. The hotel is full of facilities.

Additionally, we received a complimentary room upgrade at the original booking rate, despite the hotel being busy at this time of the year. Everything was beautiful and nice. It was our wedding and we could have a shooting at the hotel and all the hotel stuff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich and full of variety, pool is amazing, beach is amazing restaurant bar is so good, The room was so clean and has a balcony very quiet and big. AC is perfect. We loved it so much we added one more night even though we had to go to another city after. Thank you so much and definitely see you next time :)
