Muhammed and Brigitte are great hosts. We loved to stay at their place. They helped us not only with recommendations for places to visit and eat but also made us feel at home. The apartment is spacious and clean, as clean as it gets with the sahara at the doorsteps, and we very much appreciated the nice pool in the yard.

The public area is very atmospheric and has an authentic desert feel to it. The rooms are comfortable and have working air conditioning. They prepared a very delicious dinner for me upon request and the breakfast was nice too. They also arranged trips into the desert like camel tours and jeep tours. Located at the edge of the desert. Beautiful spot and the staff were the nicest. A special appreciation for the chef personnel, Mouhamed. Also, tours to the desert are available to be booked with the property and it went very smoothly. Definitely a great choice! The restaurant is amazing as well.

Mohammed the personal singer and Abdel the cook were simply amazing. hospitality second to none and full of information about their local culture. I booked on the same day via what's app and the owner was very accomodating and picked us up just several hours after initial contact to take us to the tent. What a unique experience !

Staying here with Ali was the highlight of our trip to Tunisia. From the very beginning, an easy going check-in, and relaxed atmosphere with smiles and waves greated us into a stunning and scenic location right by the edge of the desert. We were shown to our rooms which were cleaned well, and had all of the facilities we needed including extra blankets as we went during the cold December months. Ali even had the forethought to pre heat the rooms to a perfect temperature before we went to bed. We went on a dromedary trek about 1 mile into the desert, giving a real feeling of freedom and having a proper desert experience. Ali arrived with us, and set up a fire while we watched the sunset, and then cooked us a delicious meal, including cooking bread in the sand which was prepared incredibly well. Once back, he invited us to chat about our trip, and was just really friendly the whole time we were there. The following day, we took a plunge in the thermal pools which is about a 30 second walk from the site, another example of how perfectly located L'Oasis is I cannot speak highly enough of this incredible experience, and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. I only wish we could plan another trip here, sooner, so we can see Ali and his amazing location again!
