Great breakfast! Excellent location (mind you, not vehicle accessible though)! The property is beautiful and in the heart of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to extend support with all our needs including arranging an airport transfer in the most professional way possible!

It’s difficult to write a review about this property without it sounding unbelievable, that’s because it is, unbelievably good in every way. The hotel is a quiet area a short journey from the airport, close to the Roman archeological sites of Carthage, stunning views from the roof terrace, staff that couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect, including meeting requirements for gluten free food and providing guidance for finding our way around. The property is impeccably clean and tastefully designed. The food cooked to order for us was excellent varied and in more than adequate quantities. At the end of the road is a nice cafe called Jasmin, where there was also a friendly helpful greeting, nice food and drinks which we used for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner one evening. I can’t single out any member of staff for special commendation, all went out of their way to make our stay relaxing and very special.

All staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. I like the fact that there was a little message in the bathroom that ask guests to put their towels in bath tub if they want it replaced, and on the rails if they want to reuse. And the hot water and everything else we need was more than enough, Finally a good bath for us after hotel to hotel, it was relieved that Belvedere facilitated everything we needed. There is always staff standing in the door and hallway that will great you guide where to park your car and where to check in.

Dar Kenza is the perfect choice-value for money - for exploring the Tunis Medina and the city center. We are sorry that we did not have too much time to spend with the friendly owners. They are very nice people .

The personnel of the hotel was great. They were helpful and there was even a shuttle to the aeroprt which was exactly on the time I have requested. The welcome was exceptional too. The reception stuff were waiting for me and the room was ready even before the check-in. Some Tunisian traditional sweets were brought to my room upon arrival.

I spent 16 days in Tunisia, of which, 14 days with a tour group visiting the entire country. In Tunis I loved Carthage, I enjoyed visiting the Bardo National Museum, the Phoenician, Punic and Roman excavation sites.

For those seeking more options, nearby La Marsa has almost everything you could need, including a small mall just a short taxi ride away—less than 15 minutes. Sidi Bou Saïd is a magical place full of charm and light. 🌿 The white and blue streets perched above the sea offer breathtaking views. Everything is within walking distance — you can easily explore the whole village on foot, and even reach the ancient ruins of Carthage, just 2 km away. For food lovers, I highly recommend Dar Zarrouk and Le Bon Vieux Temps — two of the best restaurants in Tunisia, both offering delicious dishes and stunning sea views. 💙

This is an exquisitely decorated, beautful place to stay. The room was very comfortable and the staff exceptionally helpful. It is in a quiet area away from the old city which is always incredibly busy and noisy. The pool was beautuful as was the garden. There are nice places to eat nearby and historic places to visit.

Nice area.

Nice area. A lot of the shops and stuff are relatively spread out. Really nice people who genuinely help you. Taxis are a bit of a pain from the airport, as they were a little expensive to what I would have thought. However you have to bargain with them a bit.

The location of Dar Salah Bey is very good and has access to everything nearby, the house is cosy, loved the architecture and design, but the owner of the property is required to improve the facilities and kitchen equipment, like good knives for cooking, a new set of forks, spoons, and cooking tools, also provide a good iron and iron board, fix the leakage of a tap connected to the washing machine, provide new and fresh bed covers and sheets, and also provide clothes drying rack, as we struggled to dry our clothes.

The studio is squeaky clean, washroom too with all the amenities provided. Bed is comfortable, strong WIFI, hot water is adequate for shower, room temp is perfect for sleeping, generous breakfast and hospitality of Hakim is very much appreciated. Beyond customer satisfaction. Thank you. We really enjoyed our stay.The location is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a solo traveller. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Tunis is an incredible city with so much to offer Favourite Places to Visit: 1- Bab el Bhar & the Old Medina Markets – Wander through the historic alleys and vibrant souks. You’ll find amazing handmade crafts, local perfumes, and the famous Tunisian jasmine scent. 2- Zitouna Mosque – A must-see landmark! Just note it opens at 3:00 PM, so plan your visit accordingly. 3- Sidi Bou Said – A charming coastal village with white-and-blue architecture and breathtaking sea views. 4- Hammamet– Perfect for a beach day. Four Seasons is a lovely place to relax with the family.

Four Seasons is a lovely place to relax with the family. I suggest a 5 day visit so one can then plan day trips to Hammamet and Djerba as well. one could also spend 3 days at four seasons hotel and then 2 nights in Hammamet if you really want to enjoy a beach.

Sidi Bou Said is a traditional village, plenty of market stalls and restaurants to suit all budgets, sea views at various locations throughout the village are excellent. Some steep and uneven surfaces to deal with but well worth it.
