Simply put it was a wonderful break. We had a fantastic suite (4216) overlooking the centre of the hotel and managed to be upgraded to use of the Lagoon Restaurant which is normally I believe for use with Lagoon Suites. For the entire duration of our stay guest services , in particular Alina and Veronika, were wonderful. We would love to come back again.

I recently stayed at Rixos Park Belek and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, with everything close by and easily accessible, making it very convenient for guests. The grounds and facilities were also well maintained and pleasant. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the service I received from Zainab Demertash from Guest Relations. From the moment I arrived, Zainab went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. What impressed me most was her ability to anticipate guests’ needs and handle requests with both efficiency and warmth. Even in moments when I felt a bit frustrated with some issues, her attitude and assistance made a big difference. Zainab truly embodies what exceptional hospitality should look like, and I want to sincerely thank her for her efforts — she made my stay memorable.

I liked the stay very much in the resort, the parties every night, the activities are suitable for all ages, all the time there are activities for children and adults, areas suitable for children and another are suitable for adults, we were never bored, there was always something to do The food is very tasty and suitable for all tastes, there are several restaurants inside the resort, we tried the Turkish and Italian restaurant, really delicious, and there were drinks and ice cream all day, the food, drinks, ice cream and Turkish pastries are very delicious, you cannot feel hungry here! I fell in love with the resort and will be back every time I came here in belek i will stay in this resort

It was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, modern, large complex but still giving an intimacy feeling, as compared to other huge hotels in the area. We loved everything, from the luxurious rooms to lush vegetation, variety of activities, bars and restaurants, delicious food (you can get absolutely everything you could wish for), quality drinks, nice pools and beach with fine sand and clean waters… not to mention the kindness of the staff. I will definitely come back to Calista, luxury at its finest!

The resort was amazing. The pool , beach, facilities and food were all perfect,the best thing was Mr. Orhun, at the guest relations he was extremely helpful, polite, and professional . I lost my laptop and he did everything thing possible to find it and ship it to my home! He was excpetional, thanks Selectum and thanks Mr.Orhun, I hope I find you at a senior position in my next visit, you deserve it

Everything was perfect. Very delicious food amazing viriaty every day. All facilities were great. Relaxing pool for adults is very nice and quite who likes to relax. The bar by the beach is great with very good vibe. Show every night was very entertaining. The room was cleaned every day, mini bar refilled. We loved our holiday it was amazing. Thank you and keep up great job!

We never made it to the town centre as we were on a short...

We never made it to the town centre as we were on a short break. Land of Legends is what most people come for. Our Grandchildren loved the park. The shopping centre is first class with a huge range of shops to choose from. There are some excellent restaurants, with prices to suit most budgets. The light and water shows in the centre were fantastic.

The hotels in Belek are beautiful and well-maintained, and the Land of Legends is definitely worth visiting. The beach is also clean and enjoyable. Be cautious with taxis and small shops that don’t display prices. There are many scams – I once forgot to ask the price for a glass of orange juice and ended up paying $10! Taxis often reject Uber and give unfair prices.
