An absolutely breathtaking hotel with the most outstanding customer service. The hotel manager and staff were warm and welcoming and ever ready to assist. They helped us with our daily tours and hot-air balloon experience - which is an absolute must! The hotel is situated close to many amazing restaurants and shops. It was wonderful to stroll around this area, especially at night. Secret Hill Cave Suites definitely made our Cappadocia stay that much more memorable.

Good location, very close to the bus stop, supermarket, and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean., The rooftop is comfortable with free tea. Provided a certain variety for breakfast. Good decoration and great atmosphere. Last but not least, the hotel provided shelter to families with needs after the earthquake in Feb 2023, very respectful.

Beautiful cave hotel! Loved the view from the window . Staff was always helpful. Recommendation of places or things to do was spot on and they even made booking for us for the Hot air ballon ride with the best price for the season and transfer from and to the airport was easily arranged by them. From the check-in to the check-out and everything in between, this hotel surpassed my expectations. I am a solo female traveler, in need of safe accommodation with good internet connection to join many video calls for work. Osmanli checked all the boxes! Prior to checkin I had messaged the hotel to arrange a shuttle, the 10euro one with a shared van. For whatever reason it ended up being just me, so it turned into a private shuttle for same price. Seda was the lovely young lady who did my check in. She got me çai and took the time to show me a map with everything necessary and touristic in the area. Took me to the roof top and the breakfast area too. There are 4 cute dogs living at the hotel, you'll see them in the lobby, do pet and play with them, they're the best! The room I booked was on ground floor (I booked the Double Room with Patio) and be aware that the patio is literally space between the building and the concrete fence, so no view really. Plus, there's no separation between your patio and the neighboring room's, so make sure to close the window and door to the back. While I was a bit worried because of this as a solo traveler, I had no issues and slept well, nothing went missing. The heat was plentiful, I had to turn it down, the shower clean and water pressure excellent. The bed was amazing! Breakfast was plentiful with juice, Çai, water, coffee, fruits, salad station, cold cuts and many types of cheese, plus pancakes, french toast, and many spreadable goodies. When I spoke to another front desk person to arrange a shuttle back to the airport for me, he even offered to get a breakfast to go ready. And that morning he even made me coffee while waiting for the shuttle.Unfortunately the weather didn't allow for take-offs for the hot air balloons when I was there, but still the sunrise on the roof top was great. The call for prayer while still dark and the peak of the caves/chimneys made for a surreal atmosphere.

This is one of the most incredible hotels we have ever stayed at! The location is amazing - it’s very central and within walking distance to most places but is not affected by the noise from the main street. The setting is absolutely beautiful within the fairy chimneys and it felt like we were living in a dream! The staff are also amazing - they were friendly and always willing to help/offer advice and are able to assist with many activities within the Cappadocia region I would definitely recommend this hotel - you won’t be disappointed!

It’s amazing place with amazing staff. The location of the hotel is great, next to view point, restaurants and shops, but with good distance from the main street. The staff is really welcoming, warm and helpful. Rooms are very clean, beds comfortable. Breakfasts are tasty and always fresh prepared. It is rather family hotel, everyone is very involved to make your stay exceptionally, especially lady from the reception. I really reccommend this hotel to everyone. The best choice.

Stunning, unique landscape.

Stunning, unique landscape. Easy to walk around the town - it’s relatively small with not too much traffic. There are some great walks, although you need transport to get to some of them. If you can’t afford to do the balloon flights, the next best thing is to climb the hill with the Turkish flag on it (you can’t miss it) just before sunrise and watch the balloons from there - it’s worth getting up early for. There is a small charge to climb the hill as it’s on private land.

There are some interesting historical areas and museums around the citadel and some newer buildings such as the Opera House. However the city is very large, sprawling and modern with many tower blocks built in the last 20 or so years replacing some shanty towns especially on the way to the airport so choose your location to stay carefully on a map of the city!

Kayseri is a historical treasure.

Kayseri is a historical treasure. The historical museums are awesome, especially the new archaeology museum in the castle. It also has a lot of surviving Seljuk-Mongol buildings from the 13th and 14th century that are almost unique. It is often overlooked because Kappadokya is right next door, but it shouldn't be.

Eskisehir cam be called the Venice of Turkey. Beautiful canals with Gondolas, cafes and meyhanes along the banks, gorgeous romantic bridges....very charming. Eskisehir can also boast a spectacular old quarter, called the Odunpazari, with its antique atmosphere, world class museum of modern art, and its open air market. Transport is easy and efficient with its excellent tramway system. The new High Speed Railway makes it easy to get to from Istanbul, Izmir, and Ankara, as well as other places..Folk in Eskisehir are relaxed, helpful, friendly, and know that they are lucky! Good vibes.

It is a lovely small town next to Goreme (famous for the hot air balloon rides and pointed rock structures) so its a short ride away with none of the hustle and bustle of a touristy town. It has many local restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, to eat at without breaking the bank. There is a promenade with on the river with jungle gyms and play areas for little kids. And fishing is also possible from the banks of the river.

Ortahisar is a beautiful little town.

Ortahisar is a beautiful little town. It’s quite quiet but a short taxi ride into slightly busier Goreme. I’m glad we stayed in Ortahisar though as it was much more relaxing and quaint. Hisarönü Restaurant was our favourite place to eat - fantastic food, lovely Cappadocian wine and shisha. We even got given a free slice of cake as it was the owners birthday. Highly recommend!
