The hotel is very well located, close to Side old town and 200 metres from the beach. When I arrived, Bekir took my luggage, I did my checkin and he helped me with my luggage up to my room. He explained to me everything where I can find it (restaurant, pool, where things are around my room). So big shout out for Bekir who was so polite and nice. The room is spacious and cleaned daily, the cleaning ladies are working so hard. The hotel is quiet and clean and you have everything inside : gym, spa, doctor, well ness. The food was delicious, with a variety of fish, meat, poultry every single day. They have a cute little gym, that is equiped with what you need to do your workout, also they provide towels and water inside the gym. The staff is doing an amazing job and their best to keep everyone happy. Friday's party by the pool with foam was the best, everyone danced, laughed and enjoyed.

Fantastic hotel! Each and every member of the staff was very friendly, smiling at us all the time (genuinely), being there at our service! Eg. even when we went to have lunch after closing time, the waiter came to us, I thought he would kindly ask us to leave or at least hurry us up, but he just wanted to ask what we were drinking… Positive surprises in every corner: the events, the decorations, the night shows, the kids facilities and kids programs, the little extras (eg. popcorn at night shows/ face painting for kids, foam party) etc. We loved it!

The experience was fantastic. The hotel is not too big, but maybe that's the point. You feel at home, maybe even more than that because the staff is constantly serving you, looking after you, the hotel manager Savas goes around the entire hotel, even the beach, and checks if everything is okay and if anyone is missing something. And so on every day. He helped us with a minor health problem, but also successfully arranged a second taxi, because the first one we booked in our own arrangement for transportation from the hotel to the airport did not show up, which saved us from missing our flight. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food is good, something for everyone, there are enough sun loungers on the beach and despite the fact that there is no bar on it, they serve water, drinks, sandwiches, fruit and ice cream. The animation team always somehow manages to persuade you and include you in one of the many activities. And despite the many activities offered, the hotel is quiet so you can read a book in peace. All of this together is obviously the reason why people keep coming back here. P. S. Don't hesitate to ask for another pillow, they even have orthopedic ones!

The property has everything you need to have a beautiful stay, the pools (private pool you have just a few steps from your bed is especially amazing), spacious green areas with wonderful trees and flowers, very nice sand beach and amazing spa you should definitely pay a visit. Service was great, there is no thing that you could possibly need that you can’t get. Food was delicious in every restaurant, great choice of cheese, salads, sweets, you name it. Every recommendation for this hotel, you won’t make s mistake by choosing it, for sure!

We just spent 11 wonderful days at VONRESORT Golden Beach near Side, Turkey, and it was an unforgettable family vacation! The hotel is ideally located just a short walk from the beach and offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay — especially for families with young children, but not only. From multiple pools to well-maintained facilities and a family-friendly atmosphere, the resort really exceeded our expectations. One of the pleasant surprises was receiving a free room upgrade from a standard room to a family room, which made a big difference for us — having two separate rooms gave us extra space and comfort, especially traveling with our almost 3-year-old daughter. But what truly made this vacation special for us was the Voxy Kids Club and its amazing entertainment team. Every morning, the day starts with yoga or Zumba sessions that both adults and children can enjoy together — a perfect way to energize for the day. Throughout the day, there are creative activities for the little ones like face painting, T-shirt coloring, and a variety of fun and educational games. The club is lively, colorful, and very well organized. And then comes the highlight of every evening — the Kids Disco at 8:30 PM, which became our daughter’s favorite part of the day. The energy, music, lights, and joyful atmosphere create a magical moment for the children, and the whole Voxy Kids team gets involved to make it truly special. We want to give a special thank you to Razalinda, who was incredible throughout our stay. She was not only full of positive energy but also genuinely cared about making sure every child felt included and had fun. Whether it was dancing with the kids or engaging with parents, her passion and warmth really stood out. To all parents looking for a family-friendly resort with top-notch children’s activities, VONRESORT Golden Beach is a fantastic choice.

Such a nice hotel, with everything you can possibly need. - very nice staff, for example we arrived 15 minutes before restaurant closure and the reception clerk himself suggsted for us to have some food before checking in. - Food was delicious, with a lot of choice and sometimes some extra showfood (like freshly made sushi or dessert). - Nice, clean rooms. We stayed in the family rooms which had a seperate bedroom (Villa park). It was in a seperate area which was more quiet and had a small restaurant on site, but therefore a bit of a walk to the main hotel area. - Kids entertainment was brilliant, especially because of the staff and all the nice things they arrange for the children. With the play area and mostly safe kids pool we could actually have a holiday feeling despite having small kids ;-) - Nice and good quality hammam

We really enjoyed our vacation at Lago Hotel. The hotel and the area around it was stylish, beautiful and clean. The rooms were rather on the small side, but they were well equipped and comfortable, everything you needed was available in the room. The refrigerator in the room was filled daily with soft drinks. The selection of food was versatile, a lot of fresh, and it was especially nice to have fresh juices at breakfast. Pool area/beach were pleasant. Lots of activities, the gym was quite well equipped. I highly recommend. We will definitely visit the hotel again in the future.

The hotel was very nice overall. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with large wardrobes and plenty of storage space. The design of the hotel is beautiful and quite unique — it really stands out and creates a pleasant atmosphere. It’s located just a 2–3 minute walk from the beach, or you can take the cart that runs every 5 minutes, which is very convenient. The beach itself is comfortable, with plenty of sunbeds available.

The hotel provides a calm and friendly environment for families with kids. There is a lot of happening for kids - ateliers, kids disco, kids pool etc. The restaurant provides a wide choice of dishes, lots of salads, always a selection of meat / fish / poultry. Coffee bar is lovely, cocktails are fine. There is wi fi at the beach. We loved every day of our stay. The spa offers excellent massages.

Loved walking along to SIDE, Temple of Apollo was lovely as...

Loved walking along to SIDE, Temple of Apollo was lovely as was all the other ancient ruins. Was a bit disappointed that could not go into the amphitheatre in SIDE as work was being undertaken. Walking along the promenade area was nice, looking at the ships going in/out and was not inundated with people trying to sell their goods.

There are nothing in Kizilagac region, no bar, no disco no...

There are nothing in Kizilagac region, no bar, no disco no nightclub at all, so if you are going to that region, you need to stay inside your hotel. the closest area that you can have some dinner or drinks in the evening is 20 kms away (20-25 min. by taxi).

The place is full of history, everytime you go back there is more of what the archaeologists are finding to enhance and add to the history of the place,it truly is a beautiful part of turkey and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in history and culture 😀

The mini bus was with conditioner.

The mini bus was with conditioner. On our way back the journey was exactly as Booking.com predicted. Though there was one mistakes which we realised only in the airport. The driver brought us into Terminal 1, which was says at Booking.com and we did not checked ourself against the boarding card… so please check on your tickets which Terminal you need to go. Otherwise I am happy that I booked transport via Booking.com - informative, accurate, good value for money. Thanks.

Beach very busy, but hotels nearly all have their own private area. Beach front walk takes you into the centre, where there are good cafes and restaurants, and ancient monuments and ruins of interest.

A wonderful resort run most efficiently at all levels. All the staff were extremely helpful and always served us with a smile. Resort was very clean and well decorated. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. A good range of food and drinks were served at all areas to a very high standard. Resort offers numerous activities for all age groups. The pool was spacious and was not crowded during our stay. In addition, we were most impressed with the hands-on attitude from the top management, led by the General manager and reception team. They were there to insure a pleasant holiday for the clients; most impressive. All the staff at the restaurant looked after us well, but our especial thanks to Uhmurt Arsland, Ali Kerageld and Kadir for their exceptional attention to our needs. They were truly magnificent. Well done team. An outstanding family holiday resort in Antalya.
