The staff especially Amina from front desk and Justin from HK were exceptionally welcoming, attentive and professional. They ensured that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Thanks to their dedication and warm hospitality, I truly felt valued as a guest who is travelling with the elderly. I highly recommend Mark A Garden to anyone seeking excellent service, and I believe the team deserves recognition for their hard work.

The property needed some love and care, in terms of interior, however despite the age of the hotel, it was clean, calming and safe. The staff were so professional and friendly. I had a short stay but kept coming to have lunch with my children. Our room was quadruple triple room, very spacious for the time that we needed. The food was great! The bed was so comfortable and clean.
House cleaning came everyday to clean. I speak Swahili which made things a lot easier. I would recommend trying learn a few words to have a better communication with the staff. You must call 1 hour in advance for order food as everything is made fresh! We hardly got bitten by mosquitoes because the place was well secure.
Every time I needed help the staff were attentive and made my stay very comfortable.
