I liked everything! Such an amazing place! Definitely the best to stay in Fairbanks, so cozy and you really feel that you are in Alaska, wonderful design, I loved the pictures on the walls, stuffed animals and furniture, the rooms are so spacious, with big and comfy beds and pillows, big tv’s.I had also a night in a chalet outside wich is really spacious, comfy with everything you need and looks great! It was one of the best holidays I had, Alaska is special and this place also, so they fit the best together! Outside you have the nice restaurant with incredibly good menu and food, where you can also see the reindeer! Inside the hotel you can spend time in the library, movie theater, when it shows, you can also see the Aurora! Incredible place, I LOVED it! And I will always go back there if I will have the chance again, it was the best choice! Also the breakfast was consistent, for me sometimes was enough for the whole day, and there I’ve learned how to cook waffles 🧇😊 had the best time and I totally recommend it with all my ♥️ also the staff was nice, friendly and helpful! The location was perfect, for my tours, I’ve been always picked up from there, and when I had to go by myself it was quite near for most of the locations that you can visit.

The location was beautiful, amazing views from the restaurant and lobby. Service was friendly and our room was conveniently located for my mom who uses a walker! Shuttle service to the Rail Depot was very convenient too.

The amazing view -weather permitting! A warm comfortable atmosphere, with some range of places to eat and drink. Impressively good arrangements for shuttle services and train baggage handling. Wonderful staff.

Great hotel with cozy rooms and beautiful view! The Denali National Park is just for few minutes drive from the hotel, but shuttle service is also available. Definitely recommend if nearby Denali.

For me just getting a free ride from the Airport on their shuttle, is an Awesome way to start your trip in Juneau, some, companies simply don't offer that, I was so Grateful, Thanks for the ride.

We had a wonderful time in this perfect rustic cabin. staff were excellent, lovely vegan food at the restaurant, great shuttle services . We would truly recommend this place.

Expensive but the room facilities were paying off. Breakfast pretty nice for American standards. Very nice option for late check out at 1pm. Close to shopping center.

Great mountains view from our room, The room is not big but very functional. We enjoyed the balcony very much. We wish to stay more nights here.

Clean, comfortable cabins along a wonderful creek. Cabins had all we needed and if we needed more, the staff was very responsive.
