The location is amazing. Although next to the airport, there was hardly any traffic or noise. The accommodation was great and the amenities in the room were excellent. The view is amazing into the valley. If you look for an other experience than your regular big chain hotel - this is a great choice. Also liked that the breakfast was affordable. There is no restaurant on site but plenty of options in Sedona.

This was my 2nd time staying here. Both times were wonderful. We usually stay in Scottsdale, but there is something special about this place. I love the history, the staff, the spacious rooms and bathrooms, and all the amenities. The grounds are just beautiful. The spa is upscale with a private pool. There are 3 restaurants onsite, room service and a pool bar. We did still go into Scottsdale for brunch and dinner. Didn’t have trouble getting Uber to/from this location. Will definitely come back. I love this resort.

Everything! Our family loves this resort from the style, comfort, amenities, amazing staff, and of course the Oasis waterpark. We eat at the Lobby Grill predominantly because of the great quality of food & service. This also allows us to maximize our time at the waterpark and pools/spas before dinner.

In late-fall/winter the climate is perfect, though too hot in mid-summer. The city is mostly pristine, apart from the areas just north of the airport. There are plenty of upscale properties in the Paradise Valley area and on the foothills of the mountains. There are some beautiful easy and challenging hiking trails in the camelback mountains. The Parago Park public area is lovely with the added treat of the hole in the rock where you get great views of the city and surrounding areas and can take some memorable photos. The Celebrity Theatre is a wonderful venue for a concert. My feeling is that you wouldn't want to spend more than a few days if you want to visit attractions, but in the late-fall/winter this is a great place to relax if you have a pool with views of the mountains.

Flagstaff is a charming town filled with warmth and cheery holiday decorations this time of year. Traffic is not awful, and the people are friendly. There are lots of restaurants, good places to have breakfast, terrific pizza parlors, and interesting things to do , especially if you take advantage of what NAU has to offer. The weather is always lovely when we’re in Flag.

I grew up visiting Oak Creek and Sedona every summer but this stay was my first time to stay in a hotel. We always camped in the OC Canyon. Fortunately, I was able to enjoy Sedona become some kind of religious mecca but one can still enjoy the gorgeous scenery, mild weather and NUMEROUS trails and areas to relax and hike.

Loved Antelope Canyon, we did both lower and upper and we liked both but lower is better in our opinion and 2pm is not a good time to go into it due to a lot of shade. Also enjoyed Horseshoe Bend. Noon to 1pm best time for photos. Grand Canyon Brewery is a great spot for lunch or dinner.

First time in Tempe.

First time in Tempe. City was very hot but manageable because there is no humidity. Clean city, at least the parts I saw. College town with resort casinos nearby. Lots of opportunities for fun and adventure. All the restaurants seem to have lively business but there is some lack of variety of cuisine. Will likely be back.

There is a lot to see in Williams, Arizona.

There is a lot to see in Williams, Arizona. The downtown area is very easy to walk around. The restaurants are a little overpriced but it's a tourist town. The highlight has to be the Grand Canyon Railroad Depot complex. It was a great train ride to the canyon and walking around the depot to see all the old trains on display was a big plus. We would definitely ride the train again and come back to Williams when we had more time.

We travel often for soccer events—4 to 5 times a year for the past six years—so we’ve stayed in 20–30 short-term rentals. Unfortunately, this property was by far the most frustrating and least clean experience we’ve ever had. We were approved for an early 1:00pm arrival, but when we walked in, the home was nowhere near ready. There were dirty dishes, trash left out, a leaf blower sitting just inside the front door, facial shavings in the bathroom sink, a smashed dead cockroach in the shower, and the back door left open. These were just a few of the issues we found. Even after reporting everything immediately, it took until after 5:00pm (well past the 4:00pm check-in time) for the property to be fully cleaned so we could settle in. While the cleaning crew did their best once dispatched, the situation should never have reached that point—especially when our early check-in was approved. What made the experience even more disappointing was the lack of accountability from both Booking.com/Evolve and the property management. The responses we received on day one felt unprofessional and dismissive, suggesting that we either shouldn’t have arrived early or should have checked in and then left again for another 3–4 hours. That is neither reasonable nor respectful of guests who are following instructions and planning around approved check-in arrangements. I try to stay humble and understanding—mistakes happen. But ownership, accountability, and honest communication matter. As the quote goes: “Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.” — C.S. Lewis Unfortunately, integrity seemed to be the missing piece in how this situation was handled. I hope this review encourages improvement, because the guests who come after us deserve a much better experience than the one we had.
