We loved absolutely everything about the Madonna Inn. I had read lots of reviews about the staff being unpleasant, but I have to say that every single person we came in to contact with, were lovely and super helpful. The rooms are fantastic. We stayed in Jungle Rock and my boys LOVED it. The shower is amazing in this room as it's like a waterfall. The beds are huuuuuge too. We stayed a second night in a different room and the housekeeping staff moved our suitcases from one room to another - so slick and smooth! The facilities on the grounds are excellent. We stayed at the pool for hours. We also did the horseriding which I would definitely recommend. Breakfast at the Copper Cafe was lovely and the portions are massive (for someone from the UK) and dinner at the Alex Madonna Steakhouse was also great. I cannot wait to come back.

This hotel was one of the greatest surprises of our road trip, we booked it very last minute mainly due to the very interesting price and we got an incredible room/small apartment, with bath robes, separate dining/living and bedroom, super comfy beds in a warm and nice atmosphere where everything was spotlessly clean. It was very well located to explore the incredible surroundings of Lake Tahoe and it suited our family of 4 very well. The café next to the hotel had also incredible nachos that they would also bring to the room! All in all we enjoyed it very much.

The hotel is right on the ocean front and even if you don't get an ocean-facing room, it's easy to walk out to the pool or the look-out point for a fantastic view of the sunset. A simple complimentary breakfast is provided. It wasn't so bad as there were some hot items. There's also a restaurant and bar in the next building so it's easy to get dinner if you don't feel like driving out for dinner. The reception staff were efficient. The room was large.

We were there just for one Night but i have to say I would come back here any time. Helpfull and friendly staf. Beautiful location on the coast. We have stayed in the room with see side View. Room was spacious, clean. The most comfortable bed I've slept in in a long time. There was a wide slecetion of food for breakfast.

The Welks was great, we would happily stay there again. We enjoyed the pools, slides and playgrounds. Our room was large enough to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The in room deck could be cleaner but everything else was good.

The staff and faculty were very nice and happy to accommodate to any needs i may have had. They were willing to go above and beyond to make sure I had everything i needed.

We loved the vibe of this place. Beautifully designed and decorated. Not your usual run of the mill place by any means. Peaceful, classy place. Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, from check in to check out. The meals from the restaurant were absolutely delicious. The views from our balcony were stunning.

Great location at the sea. We even saw dolphins in the evening! Room is spacious and clean and we liked the restaurant as well!

Incredible views, beautiful room and location. Very upscale with great activities for kids and adults.

Well organised resort with all you need! We did Glamping and really liked it.
