Buffet breakfast, from 1730 till 1900 buffet food with drinks and vouchers for alcohol. This is all free of charge. Transportation to and from the parks free running throughout the day.. Me n my family love the hotel it was very clean the water park was awesome my granddaughter loved it. We r planning on going back very soon . The staff was awesome no complaints from us at all. We had a little issue with the toilet it had a leak on the floor I called the front desk within minutes the maintenance guy came a fix the issue. I would recommend this place to anyone.

It was a great place to stay. People were very friendly, the kids loved the pool! Did not have a lot of time to partake of the other amenities, pickle ball and tennis. I have stayed there before, and the room was fine. We had requested adjoining rooms, which were not available, but we did manage to be on the same floor. I personally found the beds to be a little hard.

I think Orlando is one of the best location on earth for family outing and entertainment. Every 2 miles you will find a good place to enjoy and eat. Climatic conditions are just perfect for the picnic. Plan atleast for a week!

The location of our rental property was centrally located ( 20-30 min drive)to all of the theme parks. While we only visited the Universal parks, Disney is just around the corner from the property. There are many food venues near the rental, as well as numerous Pubix and Walmarts to pick up any necessities. The kitchen has everything needed for a quick meal at home, if you so desire. The swimming pool was available, although we did not have time to use it. The pool and deck were spotless, as was the whole house. Wonderful stay.

The first part of my trip was wonderful after my cruise. The resort stay was best. Then I checked into a nightmare. The Holiday Inn room had bedbugs & I was put in a room that not disability accessible. Management didn't help much. Seeking a refund after finding the bedbugs. I wasn't able to sleep nor eat. I was sick & uncomfortable. Ruined my entire stay.

Personally, I am very easy to please, and Kissimmee was exactly what my family needed. The attractions are conveniently located. Aquatica water park was only a 20-minute drive, and SeaWorld was just in between. The Old Town House is adorable and caters to all types of people. My family truly enjoyed every moment of our trip.
