Buffet breakfast, from 1730 till 1900 buffet food with drinks and vouchers for alcohol. This is all free of charge. Transportation to and from the parks free running throughout the day.. The facilities are clean and the people at ftont desk are kind and helpful.Everything is flawless except the forks at the buffet resturant in the morning were sometimes stained with food scrap and the man working there were not friendly. The women cleaning room were very good,doing their job well.

The location is outstanding. The added extras like popcorn and sodas were a treat. The staff were fabulous. It was easy to get to icon park and universal studios from the hotel. And for Jewish travelers, it’s close to the Jewish center and kosher restaurants.

Excellent hotel, the rooms are very spacious and well-equipped (fridge, oven, dishwasher) and the bedrooms are large. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the Disney parks and there are shuttles for those who want them. There is a pool that is open until 11:00 PM at night, which is fun for those who return from the parks and want to enjoy swimming with the children. There is a nice small water park at the hotel and the children really enjoyed it.

Me n my family love the hotel it was very clean the water park was awesome my granddaughter loved it. We r planning on going back very soon . The staff was awesome no complaints from us at all. We had a little issue with the toilet it had a leak on the floor I called the front desk within minutes the maintenance guy came a fix the issue. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is located next to Universal Studios and Volcano Bay Waterpark and offers bus shuttle service to the park. Hotel has a retro 50's theme that was fun. Heated Outdoor resort style pools and lazy river was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

I think Orlando is one of the best location on earth for family outing and entertainment. Every 2 miles you will find a good place to enjoy and eat. Climatic conditions are just perfect for the picnic. Plan atleast for a week!

The location of our rental property was centrally located ( 20-30 min drive)to all of the theme parks. While we only visited the Universal parks, Disney is just around the corner from the property. There are many food venues near the rental, as well as numerous Pubix and Walmarts to pick up any necessities. The kitchen has everything needed for a quick meal at home, if you so desire. The swimming pool was available, although we did not have time to use it. The pool and deck were spotless, as was the whole house. Wonderful stay.

The first part of my trip was wonderful after my cruise. The resort stay was best. Then I checked into a nightmare. The Holiday Inn room had bedbugs & I was put in a room that not disability accessible. Management didn't help much. Seeking a refund after finding the bedbugs. I wasn't able to sleep nor eat. I was sick & uncomfortable. Ruined my entire stay.

Personally, I am very easy to please, and Kissimmee was exactly what my family needed. The attractions are conveniently located. Aquatica water park was only a 20-minute drive, and SeaWorld was just in between. The Old Town House is adorable and caters to all types of people. My family truly enjoyed every moment of our trip.
