Diverse Sunshine State of Disney

The Sunshine State – Florida – has so much going for it that we hardly know where to begin! From Key West all the way to Jacksonville and Pensacola, this diverse state has magnificent beaches attracting beautiful people and exotic wildlife.

At its tip are the incredible Everglades, largely accessible only by air boat. East, Miami is known for its Latin American vibe and the Art Deco buildings of glamorous Miami Beach. Fort Lauderdale is nicknamed ‘Venice of America', while Palm Beach hosts the annual SunFest music festival. Panama City is a favourite Florida spring break destination, and Tampa has popular party spot Ybor City and Busch Gardens, one of many Florida theme parks.

Given a chance I would rate this hotel at 0 out of 10. I would like to give a zero rating to the hotel management (the manager) as he was showing no interest at all to talk when I said somebody stole the spare tire and wheel of my Jeep Wrangler car when parking in the hotel parking lot overnight. His response and behavior was rude as he took not even a minute to talk and explain, he simply said hotel is not responsible for any damages/losses in the parking lot to the vehicles and he said hotel doesn't have security cameras in the parking lot. I wonder why do they charge parking fee of $20 per night when they are not responsible for the vehicles and it is insane for such a big hotel to have no security cameras in the parking lot.

The traffic was bad but once I got out of the city, I actually missed those Miami 800 drivers. Wow they have some skills. There's so much to do and enjoy for just a vacation, not long term. Take the express route!!! *EVERYTHING mostly does NOT take cash & you have to pay to PARK everywhere!!!

Its a big city with mostly Spanish speakers. The price you see is not the price you pay needing to budget on top of price for built in gratuity of 14 - 20 % plus state tax then the person serving or selling to you wants a tip also (usually for not doing much)

We walked a lot and loved the walkways which were also safe. the properties and the environement were also amazing. the weather was also great.

Tampa traffic can be challenging but there are a lot of things to see in Tampa we were here on a medical trip so a lot of time was not given to explore. Overall the trip would have been a lot better had the stay at the hotel been such a disaster.

Always a variety of food to eat. food is always a little pricey. if you like bars you're in the right place and little shops. depending on the time of year your down you can see a wide verity of things. if you are a people watcher this is the area to do it in, you never know what you might see

This is beautiful city to visit. It has different activities and places to visit for one andb all. The beaches are nice and clean and plenty of beach chairs and umbrella for rent for a fee which it's reasonable considering the location.

Wonderful place to explore.

Wonderful place to explore. Most items don't open till later in the day as they stay open later in the evenings. Lots of walking but worth it. Parking is very limited especially in the heart of the historic district. Lots of food options and items to look around/explore.

We love Hollywood Beach.

We love Hollywood Beach. The particular area holds a lot of nostalgia for us as we used to live in Hollywood. We now live in Southwest Florida so anytime we can get over to Hollywood Beach is a treat. We love that everything is conveniently close by including restaurants and shops. The vibes are very cool. It is family friendly. You feel comfortable in the day or evening walking up and down the boardwalk. Highly recommend Rocco‘s pizza. Everything they have in there is delicious. Also recommend food and drinks from Sahara‘s, which is just a little bit up from Rocco‘s. The band shell always has great live music.
