Perfect location, walking distance from the downtown. At the same time, it is a quiet place, with a view on a canal, with its own pool and bbq area. The manager of the hotel, Oksana, is the best, cheerful, and ready to help anytime. She knows the location very well and gives super tips about the places you can visit and have fun.

The beach was great and the yatches and boats were amazing.

The beach was great and the yatches and boats were amazing. I liked the fact that we could get close views of the boats and yatches freely without any prohibition. We walked a lot and loved the walkways which were also safe. the properties and the environement were also amazing. the weather was also great.

The location is good; very near to the beach and the...

The location is good; very near to the beach and the downtown. The pool is very big so everyone can enjoy; plenty of green area that the dogs enjoyed their time running and playing, the fence was secured so we were not worried about our dogs getting out. The owner is very responsive and helpful and very fast in action when it comes to fixing any issue. All amenities are available for cooking, lots of towels and linen for usage; the washing machine and the dryer helped a lot during our stay. Definitely will visit again :)

Nice little town. Not only a beach town. They had a food truck festival in town with some good live music. The weather was great. Some good restaurants and bars by the beach. Also some good towns close by that may be a little more expensive to stay

Convenient area, The Cove has a lot of restaurant choices - Two Gs being my favorite. I didn't have to drive far for anything I needed. Traffic was not bad on this section of A1A, which surprised me.

Ease of check in and in time was 3 but they let us in at 12. Unit clean and well equipped. I was surprised at tininess of property with only 7 units. But overall location and value was excellent. Would book again.

Fort Lauderdale is great when it is not spring break.

Fort Lauderdale is great when it is not spring break. The Off Season times are an excellent time to visit and we enjoy coming here. From Southern "Baja" vibes to Las Olas Trendy and hipster restaurant to the luxurious resorts to the north. A fun and family friendly place to visit.

The Hillsboro is a small, lovely property on the beach in Hillsboro Beach (not Deerfield Beach). It is south of the Deerfield Beach Pier. It is less congested and much more upscale. 2.5 miles north of Hillsboro Inlet and 1.7mi to Deerfield Beach Fishing Pier and restaurants. Walking or biking is the best option as paid parking is at a premium in both areas. Deerfield Beach is lovely and closer than Boca Raton Beach. We chose to stay in this area because we are native Floridians that moved away in the early 1990’s. Why stay anywhere other than the beach? A1A is MUCH LESS congested than all other N-S roads. And little marina restaurants are still like they used to be!

The house is spacious and clean, with enough bedrooms and other amenities that make it perfect. Plenty of plates, cookware, and utensils. The host even left us some welcome beverages in the fridge. The patio was amazing with enough seating for loads of people. My grandkids especially loved the saltwater pool. I would highly recommend a stay at this house with these amazing hosts. John called or emailed several times, and he was so kind.

Fort Lauderdale is the best option to relax and recharge after a busy season. Its clean and safe beaches, the tranquility of the area, the tourist attractions, the proximity of the airport to the hotel zone near the beach, the variety of restaurants, and the peace of mind of walking or strolling safely make it a perfect destination. The weather is spectacular during the fall and winter seasons.

The place was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, offering a wide range of amenities for guests, including beach towels and beach/pool accessories. We had ample supplies of paper towels, garbage bags, and laundry detergent throughout our stay. The pool and backyard were beautifully maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to friends and family!
