WOW WOW WOW - this hotel leads the way when it comes to customer service and comfort. The staff were really friendly and helpful on check-in and the room was lovely when we got there. We had an issue we needed to sort and our phone was not working with US numbers so one of the front desk staff lent us her phone so we could sort the issue, we were appreciative of this as it was a huge issue from our previous hotel. The location is excellent; CVS is across the street, 12 minutes from the nearby dock area which has great restaurants and bars. A Very Walkable area, safe and parking on site (charged) The room was super comfy - we were sad to leave it.

Amazing hotel. Very friendly staff, every single staff member was friendly, which is unusual! Quiet, comfortable and stylish. Really good bed and shower. It's just off a major freeway which was ideal to do multiple day trips.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The pool area is fantastic with plenty of beds and clean towels. Breakfast is varied but always plentiful. The location is great with plenty of local restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Tin City is definitely worth a visit. The staff are all so happy and attentive, and l must say a special thank you to Terry on the front desk for making everyone feel special. Great hotel.

View was amazing and the room was clean when we got there, very easy to check in and had a good location very close to pineapple willies! Also had a lot of room to sleep people, bunk beds, main room queen bed, and a pull out sofa! There was also a love seat that could be possible to sleep on if you’re not super tall or anything. The place also had lots of amenities! Bikini bobs had good food for a low price and the pools were big.

Tampa traffic can be challenging but there are a lot of things to see in Tampa we were here on a medical trip so a lot of time was not given to explore. Overall the trip would have been a lot better had the stay at the hotel been such a disaster.

Naples is a beautiful city to visit, have good meals, and enjoy the beach, highly recommended for couples and families, I highly recommend to pick up a bicycle and ride around the beautiful houses, beaches and bay area,. I suggest at least 3 complete days to visit main attractions.

It was a nice new property, only less than a year & a half old, so every thing was still nice @ new Wished we could've stayed longer as they have a pool table & heated pool, but maybe next time when we come back we can do those things

The only thing that could have been better was the view to the Gulf but it couldn't be helped since there were two hotels that were built in front of Calini's. However, the pool, condo & staff were excellent. And we had a little view of the Gulf which was great!

Next time, I would stay in Pensacola Beach. Overall, shopping wasn't great, food was great. Enjoyed Flounders, CJ'S Grill, Another broken Egg. Aunt Katie's wad having a bad day, but staff was excellent.

We have dinner downtown at a Thai restaurant called Pin on the Grand. The food was delicious and came quickly. We walked around and found some trendy shops and art exhibits. It seemed like a great place to hang if that is your kind of thing. Lots of bars and restaurants.

My minor son got robbed and attacked on the property I called police they locked the woman up who robbed and assaulted my minor son and the hotel kicked me and my children out and kept my money as a victim they should feel ashamed for taking my money and putting us out . I’m contacting a lawyer because my minor son got robbed assaulted and hurt we all had nowhere to go that night

Destin is great in off season, not too much traffic, or wait...

Destin is great in off season, not too much traffic, or wait time at restaurants. Be prepared for higher prices for groceries, if you plan on cooking suggest that you bring as much as you can from home, don't forget the condiments (salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil, etc) as well as anything else you might need from your pantry. Beautiful beaches and sunrise/sunset views. Recommend Boshamps and Harbor Docks (great sushi) to eat.

We stayed in Treasure Island. Sand Ovation was great. Johns Pass is always nice. Hubbard Marina is a great place to go on a boat tour or fishing trip. Hubbards is also affiliated with the restaurant I believe the Friendly Fisherman. It was very good last time we visited.

you can visit main attractions walking by. Clearwater beach is quite small, with main restaurants and facilities near by. I`ve visited out of season (week before thanks given's), so it was not crowded and the weather was perfect. I highly recommend to take a boat ride with dinner on board. also pick a hotel that provides you a bicycle to ride across the island.
