Everything was great, not sure why not all reviews are good, but we had an amazing experience! The hotel itself represented Hawaii for us, it is so authentic and surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. The staff was great, the lady at the reception helped us a lot (thank you again!) with our special request of keeping a cake into the fridge after we checked out and she was so friendly and kind. We had also AC in the room which helped a lot with the heat and parking lot with easy access.
The hotel gives also free coffee in the morning but unfortunately we didn’t have time to join 🥲
