The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. We have been there before, so we knew it is great. This time we arrived towards the end of our vacation and a few hours after a war began in our country. We were in deep distress. The staff talked about it with us, was very sympathetic and decided to give us the night stay on the house. We were deeply touched by the gesture and we cannot find words to thank them enough. We certainly did not expect such a kind gesture. We will add this sum to our donation to the people who lost their house in this horrible war. This hotel, besides being beautiful and highly maintained, has a unique way of treating their clients, answering their needs with great sensitivity. The staff was very welcoming and kind. We booked our room on booking.com and we had no issues at check in. The room was very clean, and the water park was so much fun! Lot's of staff around to ensure all your needs are met. The breakfast buffet was incredible as well, and reasonably priced! There is also a ping pong table and an air hockey table available for use at any hour! We will definitely be staying here again!

The room was comfortable, simple, and beautiful, with all the amenities we needed (coffee, microwave, fridge). There were nice local products provide in the room and several other thoughtful touches. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The property is lovely with several trails and a small waterfall, and the pool (though old) is warm. You can easily walk around the town center from the hotel property.

The hotel is situated very close to Indiana Dunes National Park and is really cute with lots of parking available. Our room was clean and the bathroom was nice and spacious. The breakfast room is spectacular and makes you feel at home with good food. We were very happy here and it was very affordable.

I didn't know they had a breakfast option. Overall it was a nice stay for my friends and I. After driving 10 hours it was a nice place for us to rest up and recharge. Would recommend this place for anyone who has to travel by car.

The location was great as we were within 5 minutes of my wife's mom. This was like our 4th time staying there when we have visited Infiana. If & when we come back we will probably stay here again for sure!!

I liked everything, I used to camp there alot as a teenager and have many great memories there. I enjoyed telling my daughters about all the great times I had there.

Very nice Hotel with a huge green garden and fire place! A veeery nice Gnom Garden, make sure to see it! Nice breakfast! Nice staff, nice rooms!

Great staff, clean rooms, good food and drink. The location was easy to walk into town or take the town shuttle tour , which was alot of fun.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and used the hot tub and pool both nights. Spectacular location with easy access to nature and to Madison.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, great view, keyed elevator. Free parking 30min from downtown Chicago. Great staff

Breakfast at 6am. Use of plug in outdoor lamps to charge car. Loan of umbrella during the down pour.
