It was so easy to check in,they actually just sent a code for door when room was ready,no lines for checking in,if you need anything it's in the office,just go pick it up,fire pit out back stacked with wood plus the paddleboards,kayaks,and canoes, it would recommend and stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at VOCO Saranac Lake! For our anniversary, the hotel surprised us with upgrade to a beautiful suite with breathtaking views of the lake. Waiting in the room were champagne, chocolates, and a warm handwritten note from the staff — such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly special. The entire team was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

This was our second time here. The room and hotel in general were very clean. Great location with easy walking access to downtown Lake Placid. We used the pool which was really nice and the breakfast was delicious in cozy atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Everything! We love the Bluebird by Lark chain of hotels and book with them every time. Room is spacious and clean, beds are comfy. We love the Ursa Major amenities. And also hanging out at the lounge by the fireplace! Location is great and a walking distance to stores and restaurants!
