It was a perfect stay! We enjoyed everything in the motel. It was so lovely! The location is stunning and peaceful, staff was really great, the room well equipped and designed and they pay a lot attention to details. We can also recommend the diner that belongs to the motel. Food has been great and we had a great time there. We just loved everything about this little gem! A perfect choice.

From the self service breakfast and tea time in the evenings, the kitchenette was amazing. The rooms are spacious, lovely interior and exterior. The rooftop lounge and bar is just that cherry on top. They have a cafe and small shop with all your holiday essentials within the hotel which is incredibly convenient. The staff was incredible as well, would like to especially point out Mario (the manager), Dan (the bartender), Aedan (the receptionist), and Alfred (the room service expert).

From first meeting Cindie and Steve we knew our stay was going to be fantastic, there is nothing they haven’t thought of to make your stay comfortable. Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

The facilities were really good.. the game’s room for the children was a big hit, as were the outdoor games.. the complimentary Wi-Fi was excellent, staff extremely helpful. What a superb location - the Atlantic Ocean directly opposite the room, with direct access to the beach via a sliding door to the balcony, and the lovely town located a short walk from the room via the entrance door. We love Montauk and go camping every yr in October for the chowder fest Due to the noreater storm beaches closed and we couldn’t camp we decided to get a room we were thrilled with our room the dinners we ate at Bennett seafood market 2 lobster rolls $38 That were amazing We also had the best clam chowder baked clams and other food at Tauk And we loved our nite at inlet resturant Check them all out on your next visit

Location of hotel is very good. Room size is good. Room service too. Shortage of lights in the room. Beds are very comfortable. Pillows are also very nice. Double bed width is not enough for 2 persons. Carpet of all the places became very old and giving bad smell. Corridor side wallpaper are in a bad position. It's tearing off. Swimming pool area needs renovation to make beautiful. Lobby entrance from out side needs renovation.

my room was given away and was stuck in pet friendly room had no choice due to room aready paid for. was told they would give discount never happened. Got sick from room smell told them did nothing till next day. never checked my reservation for the next weekend which they told me they would computer in there facility did not wrok was just night mare. Staff froendly but don>t keep there promises. Would not stY THERE OR RECOMENNED THEM EVER AGAIN.

When I comped rooms in the area this wasn't the best room I could get for my money.. but the cancellation policy was. They staff was rude when they took my money. The bathroom wasn't clean, and the rooms are run down.

The staff was lovely but the accommodations were weak at best! The bed was way too small. I booked a king size bed....I thought! The room was small, dark and noisy and had a weird chemical smell as if to hide a foul odor. And....no itemized bill upon check-out! Cost over $300.00 for a room that wasn't worth it. Worst breakfast than any Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. Good coffee but no stirrers and only little Coffee Mate containers instead of milk or half and half.

The hotel was clean the staff was friendly the bed was comfortable.The bathroom had men's hairs from someone shaving their face and neck on the sink. There was men's hairs around the sink that was not clean prior to renting the space The bathroom could have been wiped down better. The room and the bathroom also had a bad odor.

Air conditioner keeps turning off. Sink was clogged even after maintenance came on and supposedly fixed it. Questionable individuals hanging out in the lobby. Most of the time there was no one supervising the counter. Upon arrival they assigned and handed a key to another couple to the same room as the one assigned to us.

The place was close to where I wanted to be. The hotel tried to get way more than what I booked for. I asked for but didn't get a 1st floor room until getting in contact with booking.com.They also tried to keep my $100 deposit. Someone there charged my card after I left. The carpet was dirty. The toilet kept running unless you shook the handle several times. The Desk clerks refused to give me receipts. There was 1 woman at the desk who was honest but she had no real authority.

Rockville Centre had a very nice restaurant, The Pantry, where we had an excellent dinner on Christmas Day, and our hotel, Best Western Mill River Manor, provided quick and easy access (a 2-minute walk from the hotel) to the Rockville Centre Long Island Railroad (LIRR) station where we were able to choose any one of numerous trains to Manhattan via Central Station or Penn Station. Altogether, a convenient and pleasant place to stay with efficient train access to Manhattan.

Loved the place: friendly staff, breakfast was included, they have a gym and pool facility. Our stay was very pleasant and would return here again. It is not standard to get a room clean every day, but it is possible if you ask the night before or morning of. Loved the room, had a bedroom, lounge room and kitchen area which was quite spacious, with large windows to let light in also. In walking distance to shops and supermarkets.
