We loved everything about the hotel, from its central location to the attentive, friendly and helpful staff. The Room was beautiful, the bed and pillows comfotable. The Hotel is an excellent choice as far as location (lower Manhattan near Wall Street) is concern, in a very safe area. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The Fulton Street station accommodates multiple subway lines making it extremely easy to go around Manhattan. Highly recommended.

As someone who travels frequently around the world, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We spent 7 days here, and every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shawn, the bellboy, who greeted us every day with a smile and a kind word. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel. Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

Needed a hotel prior to flight back from JFK. Originally thought of Central New York but this hotel was just perfect! It's the right side for JFK, it's right on the beachfront, it's comfortable, views are spectacular and the staff wonderful. 2 different receptionists (sorry didnt get their names) - friendly and efficient. Restaurant colleague Anny - LOVELY, and Lois - so friendly and willing to try to speak UK english! Great fun Bartender Christian - good service and purveyor of good conversation and local information

A luxurious hotel with a big casino down stairs., plus several restaurants and bars. Spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. We had a room with a view and could see part of the falls. At night we saw the fire works. From the hotel it is a small walk to the Niagara falls.

It was great to experience New York from Brooklyn.

It was great to experience New York from Brooklyn. There were so many cool cafes, bakeries (Radio Bakery, Bakeri) and restaurants. It seems to be a very happening place now and has some great places to explore along the waterfront as well as in their parklands. (Prospect Park was an awesome place to do a bike ride around - on the easy to use electric bikes.) The bridge walks over to Manhattan are a big hit and give a fantastic view and perspective of New York and it's surrounds.

It's low season so there's just a few options for eating, it's nice because there's no long lines to enter the attractions like Maid of the Mist or the Cave. Even in late October weather was awesome allowing to walk around the park with just a light jacket.

There are some great breweries in town, such as Fidens and Common Roots. I would also recommend Stacks espresso for coffee or breakfast sandwiches. Also worth walking around Empire State Plaza and checking out the New York State Museum as well as the large art installations below the plaza itself. The state capitol building is also very neat, although two sides of it were under construction while I was in town. If you're traveling through on the train as I was, there is a bus that will pick you up across from the train station that drops you off in downtown. It runs every 40 minutes or so.

If you're going for the biggest garage sale, bring a good pair of walking shoes, sun screen, cash, drinks to hydrate and prepare for some great deals. If you're going for Lake George it's beautiful take a lot of photos. However beware parking is not your friend, inquire about the shuttle buses they have instead of fighting for a parking spot each day you go. In any case enjoy, we did.

We were here just one day, but were impressed by the architecture. Would have loved to spend more time exploring neighborhoods and checking out the architecture. We had an excellent dining experience near our hotel (The Edward). If in Buffalo, try Mother's. Cozy vibe, great food and cocktails, reasonable prices.

It is a very walkable city based on the area I was in.

It is a very walkable city based on the area I was in. Traffic was not to heavy compared to where I am from. The streets are a little confusing with the traffic pattern changes and the lines I the street not being very clear as some of them needed to be repainted but thats probably not an issue if you drive there often . The food we had, mostly take out and a hotel restaurant, was good. Overall it really seems like a lovely place.

Ithaca is a beautiful, welcoming college town.

Ithaca is a beautiful, welcoming college town. Good places to eat, lots of outdoor activities, beautiful scenery. Visited the magical park that is Watkin's Glen, Highly recommend the Ithaca Farmer's Market, saw so many waterfalls and enjoyed some delicious wine at wineries and in restaurants carrying local wines.
