It was a delightful way to start my mornings and provided the perfect fuel for my day of exploration. What truly sets the Ocean House apart, though, is the serenity it offers. It's an incredibly quiet place, perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I found myself relaxing like never before, with nothing but the soothing sounds of the ocean to accompany me. And let's not forget the view! The ocean view from the hotel is nothing short of spectacular. I spent countless hours gazing out at the horizon, watching the waves roll in and feeling completely mesmerized by the beauty of nature. It's a view that truly enhances the overall experience of staying at the Ocean House. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel right at home. In conclusion, I can't recommend the Ocean House hotel enough. This location is EVERYTHING! we left our car and walked over to Pelican Brewing for dinner and then back. To wake up to these views was the highlight of our entire trip so far. The resort is so cute, clean, welcoming and cozy. The staff were great.

Lincoln City is a small town on the beautiful Oregon cost with great beaches! The town itself is a bit shabby or rustic looking in some places, but very safe. The restaurants are mostly pubs of varying degrees of sophistication, as well as some fine dining available in town. Lots of antique shops, a couple of good bookstores and a great Recreation Center-Gym to get in some exercise. Lots of trails to hike too!

We enjoyed the location of Seaside to the beach and nearby scenic drive. It's a cute beach town with numerous shops and some excellent dining in the area. Being from the Gulf Coast, the beach was not impressive but it is just a short drive to Cannon Beach which is worth seeing. The locals were friendly and it was an easy town to get around whether by walking or driving.

The Aquarium is outstanding, The city has many things to see...

The Aquarium is outstanding, The city has many things to see and do. The seafood restaurants serve some of the best food on the west coast. People are friendly and the town is clean and quiet at this time of the year. Local Ocean is THE place for fresh off the boat food!

Unfortunately, coming in late October, in a driving rain and wind storm, we couldn't enjoy all that Astoria had to offer. We did enjoy all the small shops in the market area, but the place has so much to do, for everyone. Definitely needed more time to explore all the adventures this place has to offer.

Cannon beach has such a cute vibe that's way different from Seaside or any other beach on the Oregon Coast! The beaches are flat and perfect for walking or bike riding. Hug Point during low tide is an absolute must for sea caves and a cute little waterfall. The bunnies on the side streets in Cannon Beach were SO CUTE!! There really isn't a bad choice for pubs, restaurants or shops.

A quant little town by the ocean.

A quant little town by the ocean. One of the nicest coastal towns on the Oregon coast and we have seen them all. The old town was charming, we had a great walk and ended it with a wonderful dinner with a view of the water

Amazing stay!

Amazing stay! Beautiful cozy space with all amenities you could ask for. Beautiful view and delightful host that went out of her way to show us everything including whales in the water. Highly recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Coos Bay is a Great Place to visit.

Coos Bay is a Great Place to visit. There's many events throughout the year. Visit Shore Acres Botanical gardens, Mingus Park or John Topits park. Always remember there's the amazing Oregon Coast with Shore or Deep Sea Fishing, Crabbing and the Oysters. Coos Bay and North Bend offer many Motels, or Camping/RV facilities. We find "Sun Outdoors" is Great for camping/RV or Cabin Rentals. It's right on the beach and close to Simpson Reef with the Sea Lions and Seals. Love eating at "The Boat" for fish and chips.

You can never be disappointed with the king tides at Depoe Bay. Shops are sweet and Bigfoot coffee was amazing Sea Hag has the best seafood tacos and clam chowder and tasty tartar sauce. Don’t forget your taffy and caramel corn!

It's a great little Oregon Coastal town.

It's a great little Oregon Coastal town. We ate fish and chips at the Luna in Yachats in a covered area where our dog was welcome as well. We also ate takeout at at a Mexican restaurant in Waldport, six miles north. YKachats has a cool art gallery caled the Peephole. Joyce is fun to talk with.
