We stayed there once before and found it just as great this time. Room and bathroom suit us perfectly, a step-in shower insted of having to climb into a bathtub. The staff and owners go out of their way to please the guests. Daily housekeeping including filling up toiletries. Breakfast offers good choices and the daily free Happy Hour spread including wine is a wonderful thing. Great to meet new people. The location right at the eastern end of the Bridge of Lions is perfect just to walk into the old town of St. Augustine without having to battle the heavy traffic and finding an affordable parking lot. The view of the bridge and across Matanzas River is gorgeous. We would stay there anytime again.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. A wonderful hotel, rooms, the area around the hotel, entertainment for children, everything you need for a beach holiday, everything was perfect. We had incredible fun communicating with guests from Germany. Our children played table football together and threw shells at a target. We were pleased with our stay at this hotel. Thank you.

We have visited the St.

We have visited the St. Augustine area several times over several years. The St. Augustine Beach area is nice - away from the downtown and heavily touristy areas, and a nice broad beach. You can reach all of the St. Augustine area attractions within minutes from here. Good restaurants and clubs here, too.

Nice clean beach with white sand and clear water. It wasn’t overcrowded. Parking is available, but you have to come early. Parking on the beach is also an option. There is a restroom available in the parking lot.

It is central to St Augustine and Jacksonville; so very easy to get around. Loved being on the beachfront! Only downside is walking our dog on A1A because we didn't want him in the sand. However, it was doable. would definitely stay here again!

We went to St.

We went to St. Augustine specifically to see the Christmas lights, and it did not disappoint! We did the Nights of Lights boat tour our first night and it was amazing to see all the lights in town from the boat. The 'first mate' gave some history about St. Augustine which was nice. The following morning, we did the Hop On-Hop Off tour on the trolly. We stayed on for the full tour (22 stops - about an hour or so long) before getting off. Our 'conductor' was very good and very informative from telling us some history of the area to everything going on in St. Augustine. After the tour we got off the trolly and walked the whole area. At night, we walked back from the hotel (about a mile) to the center of town to see the lights close up and to take many pictures! Overall, the trip was what we expected, and we were very pleased!

I loved everything abt it. Wouldn't change a thing❤ . There isn't anything I can think of, that I would change. There's so much to see from parks to the old town. I will definitely be back for a longer vacation here.

It was perfect for me & my little dog. However, for other people the only thing missing would be some beach accessories, & notes/tips/coupons for new area visitors for dining/entertainment/outdoor activities, etc. There's a lot to see & do there, but newbies may not know.

Wonderful place to explore.

Wonderful place to explore. Most items don't open till later in the day as they stay open later in the evenings. Lots of walking but worth it. Parking is very limited especially in the heart of the historic district. Lots of food options and items to look around/explore.

We love this beach & area.

We love this beach & area. We've been 3 times now & will be back. Many great restaurants around most driving distance unless you like to walk a bit but only few minutes drive. A1A can get very busy but be patient & not too bad.

It's a huge beach and you can walk for miles and miles. It's pretty quite may be due to this time of year and it's a great place to relax just by walking and listening to the sound of the ocean. The water temp is good but due to huge waves, you won't be able to swim there so we just jump in the waves,
