Old Floridian style cottages. I had an appartement with one bedroom for four nights. I loved everything from the moment I arrived. Lovely designed interior. Convenient. Lots of space around to sit in or out of the sun. The terras and tiki hut right at the beach. The interaction with the other guests. Very helpful and nice personnel. I would come back if I have the chance. Good wifi.

Amazing place! Amazing location! Amazing owner! Many thanks for this Lovely moment we had. The location is perfect, with the beach at the edge of the garden, the houses are super cute, and the owner is so kind and adorable! All accommodations are very close (supermarkets, gas, pharmacy). KSC at 35 min by car. Ideal place to stay for visiting. We recommend 100%!

Close to Beach and equipment was available to use. Also only a short walk to restaurants. The apartment was spacious and gave us plenty of room for 4 adults. It was a wonderful place for the end of our holiday. Could have stayed longer.

I love Cocoa Beach since I have discover it last year in...

I love Cocoa Beach since I have discover it last year in Januray. I go to Cocoa beach because of the cruises of MSC. The MSC Seashore departs from Port Canaveral so that is the best location to spend the night before.

I love this hotel.

I love this hotel. Very quiet and clean, staff is also friendly and helpful. I can't say anything bad about it! I was there overnight for a cruise, so I only wish I could stay a little longer and enjoy all of the amenities.

It's a great place to stay.

It's a great place to stay. We love the mall on West New Haven. It's been a long time since we were actually able to walk a mall that was clean, safe and full of high end stores. We love the local businesses. Overall, it's a great place to visit and relax. We go ever chance we get.

Nothing was good. Don't go here . You don't get what you paid for! Paint peeling, stains on white bedspread, light fixture hanging off wall, filthy bathroom floor, and toilet seat only attached with one bolt.

We played golf while we were in Palm Bay.

We played golf while we were in Palm Bay. There are many affordable courses in the area. We enjoyed fresh seafood. We went to the beach which is nearby and enjoyed a day beachside. Boat rental and jet ski rental is available at reasonable prices.

Everything was great!!! Owner very personable and helpful. Room was very clean with all modern accessories. Tastefully decorated. Remote bed (luxury sheets) remote blinds, good sized flat tv, keurig (coffee and add ins provided) microwave, spacious refrigerator (supplied with cold water bottles) , tile floors, easy parking. Quiet private space. Would highly recommend. Great value for the price.

Very interesting part of the Space Coast.

Very interesting part of the Space Coast. A little off the beaten path but still accessible to many attractions. Lots of dining options and outdoor activities to choose from. The beach are is Old Florida in the best of ways. Interesting mix of cuisines and local bars, some right on the beach.

Nicely remodeled one bedroom place.

Nicely remodeled one bedroom place. It's located on the upper lever of a condo looking place. Easy access to the parking spot and beautiful landscaped outside seating and entrance. The floor plan was a nice open contemporary atmosphere and each room was welcoming. The only suggestion would be to add a small dresser in the bedroom so that I could have placed my shorts and shirts in a drawer instead of having them on the chair or the need to live out of my suit case while staying there. But I would definitely stay there again!
