The location was amazing, right by the banana river with a small pier out to it. After a 2 minute walk in the opposite direction you were right at the beach. The complex also had a communal "rooftop" balcony. You could watch the most amazing sunsets from here (and I imagine that if you looked the other way and came here in the morning you'd have a nice view as well). You could also borrow kayaks and use a barbecue fireplace, althought we didn't have time to try that. Contacless Check in was very convenient. We also talked to one of the women working there and she was the nicest person and very helpful. The room was big, clean and had a very useful kitchenette (full size fridge, sink and counterspace). The little things also made it really nice to stay here (Outdoor seating, shower right in front of the room and broom inside so you didn't have sand all over the appartment). All in all it had everything you would need and the stay was enjoyable.

We absolutely love this place. We stayed again and it did not disappoint. It’s a proper historic motel right on the beach. You can walk along the beach and stumble upon cocoa nuts in the beach for food & drinks and watch launches from the space centre.

I love Cocoa Beach since I have discover it last year in...

I love Cocoa Beach since I have discover it last year in Januray. I go to Cocoa beach because of the cruises of MSC. The MSC Seashore departs from Port Canaveral so that is the best location to spend the night before.

I love this hotel.

I love this hotel. Very quiet and clean, staff is also friendly and helpful. I can't say anything bad about it! I was there overnight for a cruise, so I only wish I could stay a little longer and enjoy all of the amenities.

It's a great place to stay.

It's a great place to stay. We love the mall on West New Haven. It's been a long time since we were actually able to walk a mall that was clean, safe and full of high end stores. We love the local businesses. Overall, it's a great place to visit and relax. We go ever chance we get.

Everything was great!!! Owner very personable and helpful. Room was very clean with all modern accessories. Tastefully decorated. Remote bed (luxury sheets) remote blinds, good sized flat tv, keurig (coffee and add ins provided) microwave, spacious refrigerator (supplied with cold water bottles) , tile floors, easy parking. Quiet private space. Would highly recommend. Great value for the price.

We played golf while we were in Palm Bay. There are many affordable courses in the area. We enjoyed fresh seafood. We went to the beach which is nearby and enjoyed a day beachside. Boat rental and jet ski rental is available at reasonable prices.

Very interesting part of the Space Coast.

Very interesting part of the Space Coast. A little off the beaten path but still accessible to many attractions. Lots of dining options and outdoor activities to choose from. The beach are is Old Florida in the best of ways. Interesting mix of cuisines and local bars, some right on the beach.

Nicely remodeled one bedroom place. It's located on the upper lever of a condo looking place. Easy access to the parking spot and beautiful landscaped outside seating and entrance. The floor plan was a nice open contemporary atmosphere and each room was welcoming. The only suggestion would be to add a small dresser in the bedroom so that I could have placed my shorts and shirts in a drawer instead of having them on the chair or the need to live out of my suit case while staying there. But I would definitely stay there again!
