We loved the location. It was perfectly located near all the things we love to do. All of the staff we had contact with at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Room was in excellent condition and very clean. Beds very comfortable and shower was amazing. We enjoyed the bar area and all the seating. We enjoyed the live music.

Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

From the moment I walked in to check in, the staff were extremely friendly, making sure that I understood all the amenities and facilities that were included in the price of the booking. In addition, they were helpful with putting through phone calls to the room, and allowing a friend to enter who had come to visit. Breakfast was great, a wide selection and a vast range of beverages.

Typical motel within walking distance of Dolly Parton Stampede. Balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River is very relaxing and we were able to sleep with the balcony door open without AC, which we really enjoyed. Breakfast corner was above average for a motel.

A lot to do in this area and there are numerous bars and restaurants to choose. We go on weekend trips and or short stays to see a concert and enjoy the downtown activities. Traffic is usually hectic depending on the time and the day of the week. I have learned to tolerate and adapt to the traffic the more trips I make to the area. Would recommend visiting here and all of our trips are enjoyable.

Enjoyed the trip.

Enjoyed the trip. Dollywood decorated for Christmas (enjoyed the Christmas shows) and it was beautiful. Pigeon Island was pretty. Also enjoyed the Christmas Place. The whole town was decorated for Christmas. Enjoyed the moonshine shops. The Trolley made it very easy to get around. Would recommend Pigeon Forge. Lots to do. (was disappointed in the Dollywood Stampede Christmas Show)

Lots to see, easy access (but very slow - see traffic issue below) to Smokey Mtn Park. Walking distance to a lot of fun stuff. Traffic was HORRIBLE (mid-October). We live in a resort area as well with really, really bad summer traffic (Lake Tahoe), but this was so much worse, which is why we walked everywhere......

Great location, great staff, and great value for your money.

Great location, great staff, and great value for your money. As stated before, I have been coming for many years every year for over 20 years and spending a week, but this was. I would definitely stay at this facility again and also recommend it to anyone visiting Memphis.

We were coming back from picking up my son in GA who had completed walking the Appalachian Trail. All of us had been to Chattanooga before and just wanted to get home so we just needed a clean, nice place to stay.

Knoxville is a really friendly town.

Knoxville is a really friendly town. We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Marriott. Also, it is close to our son's house and to town. We also enjoy eating at Calhoun's Restaurant. We went to mass on Sunday and everyone was friendly. We feel safe walking in downtown Knoxville. There is a lot to do. One time during our visit we went to a radio station for a radio program. It was such a wonderful time. We never have had trouble finding a parking spot. We also like the Knoxville Zoo.

While I wasn't there long enough to see a lot, the views of the mountains as amazing. Did see some old buildings and some rivers as we were driving. While touristy, it was very beautiful there. We ate at J.T. Hannah's and at Holston's. Both very good and highly recommend. Getting around was fairly easy. Some traffic but not too bad.

If you have no expectation for cleanliness, room lighting or appropriate staff behavior, you will be fine. It appears this facility is more welcoming to guests and employees smoking habits at the front entry than smoking appropriateness for paying guests.

Murfreesboro was awesome!

Murfreesboro was awesome! Our daughter is attending MTSU, and I feel comfortable with the campus and the surrounding environment. It felt safe and appeared to be a "family area". We are not "foodies", but we saw the variety of restaurants available in the area, and we tried a few and enjoyed the experience. We watched a movie at AMC, and it was the best experience; it was the highlight of our son's experience. We didn't have the time to go bowling or play golf, but next time we will. We are excited to return and complete the events that we missed.

We came into town around 6:30 pm, left around 7:30 am.

We came into town around 6:30 pm, left around 7:30 am. So did not experience much of Clarksville. Went out to dinner at Chaddars and it was a good choice. However saw quite a range of restaurants and steak houses in our short trip to Chaddars.
