- From US$318.60 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Superb - What previous guests thought, 47 reviewsEverything about this weekend get away was perfect for my girlfriend and I. It was her childhood vacation destination so the nostalgia for her was comforting while the beautiful scenery and quiet countryside nature cascaded with snow was so relaxing. The old timey atmosphere reminded me of my grandparents house which was also incredibly nice. Hiking trails and skis for outdoor activities while there’s snow on the ground. Many others during the warmer months. A lot of families with kids! It was cute to see them all having fun. Bowling, game room, ping pong, and great jukebox across the way all super fun. Gift shop was affordable and so many options! Overall 10/10 experience.Guest review byAnthonyUnited States

The water park is awesome - very nice interior,.a lot of natural sunlight, fun rides, and amazing lifeguards on duty. The hotel is also awesome, the rooms are spacy,. comfortable and well maintained! The arcade games and activities were awesome and our family had a blast! We are definitely returning!Guest review byAneliyaBulgaria

The complimentary tea and coffee is great. The room was attractive and the bed very comfortable. - From US$128.81 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 4.5Disappointing - What previous guests thought, 33 reviewsFor the area, the best pricing I could find. By no means is it a five-star place, but it's a motel from the 60's. A good time was had, and the room didn't hinder our trip. I would visit again.Guest review byColeUnited States

new paltz is a great little town, nice bike routes. this motel was quite bare bones, located right on the highway, a little tricky to access, but definitely pleasant and does what it sets out to do- budget accomodations, no frills, very adequate.Guest review bySlowtravelsblogIsrael - 8.0

Sullivan County is a fascinating mix of natural beauty and diverse cultures. Monticello is a good jumping-off spot for experiencing the different parts of the overall county. Nearby counties such as Orange and Ulster also have a lot to offer.Guest review byLindaUnited States - 8.0
I booked using an app.
I booked using an app. It was easy and I got the room as described. We needed a dog-friendly place and this was one of 2 in the area. In fact their green space was big and good for the dog to sniff out rabbits, but none were sighted. The property was clean and room comfortable. The front desk agent recommended the restaurant across the street and the meal there was decent. The breakfast was pretty much what is offered everywhere else, but we just have coffee from the dining room, and do not use the coffee system in the room, which had a refrigerator and a microwave.Guest review byTedUnited States - 10.0

Catskill is a town, which we didn't visit this time, but it is also the Mountains. We used to live in the area for the summers from 1985 - 95, so we know it well. We visited the site of the old Catskill Mountain House, and also the Kaaterskill Falls Observation deck, which was wonderful on this beutiful spring day. Also visited the Storm King Art Center on the way up, which was also wonderful.Guest review byMichaelUnited States - 6.0
Cozy & friendly town with everything you need nearby.
Cozy & friendly town with everything you need nearby. There’s even a lovely wine & spirits store down the way. The winery is only open on weekends and with late hours- not conducive to Friday 11AM checkout times. Also, beware of the 55 MPH maximum speed limit with frequent speed traps & State Troopers fishing for tourists to ticket. They ask you a TON of questions (where you’re staying, where you’re headed, etc.) & then ticket you. That part is rather unpleasant.Guest review byBrown - 8.0

The Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area, New York has many Landscapes and Gardens to enjoy. We enjoyed Stonecrop Gardens naturalized Spring landscape. A brochure which can be obtained. This is addition, there are historic homes and walking trails.Guest review byLindaUnited States - 4.0
Mountain view and clean room.
Mountain view and clean room. Did not like the male manager. Did not like the breakfast. Cereal was not in a sealed container so it was soggy and steal. You served bagels and toaster did not work enough to even melt the hard butter. Had boiled eggs was the only choice. Biker chapter set up a tent on the mountain view side and was very loud and no one else could enjoy the back patio. The 13 to 14 bikers parked under the awning all day and night so that you couldn't park to unload or even walk up the front steps. We had to go around to the handicap walkway.Guest review byJean - 10.0

Woodstock is a quaint and quirky little town that lives up to its history. Steeped in culture, music, and art it’s a unique throwback to a time of peace, love, and understanding, mixed with a bit of counterculture and free thinking. It’s also got a thriving culinary scene as well as funky bars and shops. There’s something for everyone.Guest review byKarenUnited States - 10.0
Gem of a hotel.
Gem of a hotel. I am a former resident of the area and have worked for major hotel chains as well as stayed at many (sometimes for many months at a time). I am fully aware of other hotels in the area and their value. This hotel is great for the repeat buisness traveler as well as anyone new visiting the area. Great value for the cost.I come to the area once a month and not wanting to impose myself on others, I now found a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay.Guest review byanthony
