This hotel is stunning. The staff are fabulous, attending to your every need - sometimes a bit much when three people approach you the moment you walk out of the lift, but you cannot fault the service levels and attention to detail. Had a very late flight and after traipsing round HCMC all day in 32C, I asked if it might be possible to have a quick shower before heading to the airport. The staff arranged it for me quickly - big thanks to Kien and team for that as it was highly appreciated! Also stayed at the Au Lac Legend the week before - that was also very good, but this hotel is a cut above.

Hotel was absolutely perfect. location, breakfast, view everything was perfect. but the best is staff. they are so friendly. It was my mothers birthday, they gave us surprise event it was so touched. Thanks to all of the staff. And the nest lounge is also super cozy. Staff VY(I'm not sure her name, she usually stay in lounge and wear glasses)was so kind to us thank you so much. and the chair in the lounge is amazing. me and my mother falls in to this hotel :) If we visit this city again we will visit this hotel again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was great (very clean and comfortable) and the free breakfast was very nice. The location was perfect - on a quiet side street off the main busy area of district 1 with so many stores and restaurants within walking distance. They were also happy for me to leave my bags with them for the day as my flight was only later that night. Highly recommend!

Perfect location in a quite lane, far from mad traffic but close by to tourist attractions. Staff was very sweet and organise room for us earlier to check-in time. Room was super clean, with great design and super comfortable bed. Tiny box with sweet ginger was a lovely touch. Spa facilities at the hotel were great, as in the evening we were to tired to go for massage anywhere else. Also we really enjoyed food at the hotel restaurant.

We stay at the club floor. The breakfast was great. In the evening, the had cocktail at the club floor but it was more a buffer dinner! The food and drink sumptuous, exceed my expectation for a cocktail.

The city was larger than we expected, but there wasn’t much...

The city was larger than we expected, but there wasn’t much to explore. People weren’t very friendly, and since many didn’t speak English, communication was often difficult—we had to rely on a translator app most of the time. Our airport experience was unpleasant; the immigration officers were not friendly, and we even saw one officer rudely shouting at a traveler over some missing documents. They really need better training on how to treat passengers respectfully. On our return, more than ten officers were stationed near the final check-in counter to weigh hand luggage, charging extra even for minor excesses. It felt like they were there mainly to collect money from travelers.

Fantastic bustling city.

Fantastic bustling city. Felt safe at all times even with all the traffic! Eating out was excellent with so much choice and so cheap. Travelled on the open top bus to see the city which I totally recommend to get your bearings. Did the chu chi tunnel day and thought it was excellent, value for money and so interesting, booked through get your guide! We had Nick who was superb and we had a great day with some interesting facts and Nick also had a great sense of humour!

Great escape from the bustling city of Saigon, only 1.5hrs...

Great escape from the bustling city of Saigon, only 1.5hrs traveling by motorbike ... Many historical sites to dive into, plenty of serene countryside rice fields & bumpy offroad trails to explore ... If seeking accommodations, be sure to check out Les Hameaux de l'Orient :)
