Location in perfect place to the most beautiful places in Ninh Binh. It is convenient to rent motorbikes to get around, bicycles are free. The staff is amazing. All the staff were very customer focussed, helping make sure we made the most of Ninh Binh, making suggestions, booking tour tickets and transportations. We were given the beautiful room, clean, comfortable beds, everything immaculate. A spacious room, the view is absolutely fantastic with swimming pool & mountain view. They have massage and spa services(we order full body massage 60 mins, it’s super great). -Wonderful breakfast with fruits, coffee, juice, noodles, fried rice, . We ate a lot of passion fruit lol Altogether, I had a memorable time here! I would definitely recommend it and come back here!😊

This place is beautiful, great attentive staff, fantastic accomodation and food! it's located 15 mins from Tamcoc for a bit of a vibe if you want, everything is easily reachable by motorbike. WWE rented a bike for 2 days and did everything we wanted to do! The massage on the cliff was great.

Everything was perfect!! The lady speaks perfect english and has a beautiful smile and heart. She helped us arranging transfer from Hanoi to the homestay, later even to the train station and also recommended places to visit. I was thankful that I could communicate with her on whatsapp. Her family (including their 2 dogs) is also kind, helpful and respectful. The breakfast was fulfilling, I didn’t mind that it was the same every morning because it was delicious. It was served in a cute rooftop balcony area which had a good view. The whole homestay located next to a paddy field which looks magical with the frogs and goats chilling around. Also it is not in the middle of the noisy center, but still not that far from it. The guests can use the bicycles for free which we did but it was much more tiring then we expected, so in the rest of our trip we rented their motorbike and we loved that we could wonder around with it. The room is also spacious, the AC works perfectly, the bed comfortable and it has everything you need. The laundry service also helped us out a lot. I’m extremely thankful that since we left with a night train they let us use their pool, take a shower and stay at the garden after checkout with our luggages and also brought us to the station at night. They are the kindest, I wish your family all the best We will be back one day

Staff was very nice ale helpful. Place is amazing, with access to the swimming pool, waterfall, restaurant, it js good place to relax and chill close to the nature, at the same time close to the city centre. You can use the bicycles for free :) and rent a bike. New equipment and clean.

Fantastic little hotel right in front of one of Ninh Binh’s cliffs, in a quiet and secluded street that is still very close to the center of Tam Coc. Staff were super friendly, nice and helpful. Communication was very easy and smooth. Breakfast was varied and quite tasty. Bed, shower, aircon and the room in general were all great. Considering the price, it was a perfect stay!

The staff were very friendly and attentive accompanied by a lovely little Corgi who lives at the hotel. Breakfast was included which was a great added bonus. The rooms were a decent size and the beds were very comfortable. There was also an added bonus of being able to use the hotels bikes for free (which a lot of places charge you to use) which is a great way to get around and see Ninh Binh. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and I’d come back again.

The property was brand new! It was like luxury! Perfect place to stay just out of tam Coc with some peace and quiet. It is about a half hour walk to tam Coc but they offer cheap motorbike and bicycle hire aswell! The hosts are also extremely lovely! Trying very hard to make it the best experience possible for their guests. Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants an affordable luxury stay!
