The hotel is a really amazing place to stay if you need some relaxing time. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet area. We stayed here for 2 nights and it has been great! The room is clean and cozy. If you don’t have anything planned to do in town, hanging out in the hotel would be a good idea! Cause they have a nice pool and the best Bac Xiu I’ve ever had. The breakfast is also surprisingly good. Really recommend to try the local food they prepare! They change the menu everyday so we tried 2 different kind of noodles in 2 mornings(which both are amazing!!). Another recommendation is fried banana cake. The staffs are very friendly especially the staff Cuong. Thank you for arranging everything for us! They even offer me an ice bag for my injured leg haha. Thank you!!

Loved our stay here and wished we had more days to spend in this beautiful place. We arrived late in the evening and were immediately met by the hotel staff welcoming us. Provided a welcome drink and a fruit platter. We had booked a mountain view room and were asked if we would like a bungalow. After checking out the bangalow, we decided it was the perfect room for us. So we asked to book the bangalow for us. Overall the staff here were so kind and friendly. Always greeted us with a smile and was always happy to help. A special shoutout to Dzung, the hotel staff who made our trip so incredible. When we arrived at the hotel, the restaurant was closed for the night and we wanted to go out to eat. She even took us to the town in her motorbike as we wanted to have dinner. As she spoke English, it made things easier for us. She suggested our itinerary for the next two days, arranged us motorbikes, and made sure everything was okay. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. The hotel is not far from the main town and attractions. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

This property met, and exceeded our expectations! The rooms are super clean and so beautiful! The pool is one of the prettiest pools I've ever seen. Excellent location if you like being away from the horns, hustle and bustle. Kim really makes the place! He and his staff are just amazing. Great food, hospitality and he will arrange anything for you, hassle-free! We can't say enough good things about it. I HIGHLY recommend it!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, it’s away from the Main Street which is only a couple of minutes walk away. It’s very quiet, and staff are very friendly and helpful. We rented decent bikes from the hotel for very cheap. The AC was fantastic! The pool was a great way to relax and you can definitely relax here! We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Tam Coc/Ninh Binh. The hotel was brand new when we stayed and provided a great nature retreat. The room, pool, location, and staff were all exceptional for our stay. We borrowed bikes for 2 days to explore the tourist spots and bike around the rice fields, and spent another afternoon soaking up the sun by the pool. We only wish we spent a little more time here

We really enjoyed our stay at Ninh Binh Legend Hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from (Vietnamese/Asian, European) and dinner at the restaurant was very enjoyable. General Manager mr. Ha and his staff/colleagues (Mr. Hoan, amongst others) are great and give very good service. They'll help you in every possible way. It was very pleasant to see how nice the staff interacts with each other and that they enjoy their work.

Lovely resort pity we only stayed 1 night here. I would recommend at least 2 nights in this beautiful place. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, extremely quite and private. Breakfast was extremely impressive. The resort amenities included also decent sized gym, a spa, and outdoor swimming pools. The service was friendly and lovely really trying to make us comfortable.

Beautiful Tranquil place in the middle of scenic hills forests and rivers. The Trang An river complex is a must see and Id recommend it over the Tam Coc anyday. The Trang An boat ride is approx 2.5 to 3 hrs and takes you through at least three water caves one of which is about 2omin long..its a once in a lifetime wondrous experience. Dont miss the Thung Nam bird park ..another beautiful hushded boat ride. Thoroughly enjoyable and Beautiful visit..not to be missed.

As far as I can make out, this town is a suburb/area of Ninh Binh, less than a mile from the train station. It is probably the friendliest place I've ever been - I think I was "helloed" by just about everyone under 10 I saw. But the highlights are really in the surrounding countryside, so I would recommend planning for a few days out to see the nature reserves and participate in the activities. You don't need to travel far, and can get Grab taxis or bikes if you don't have your own transport.

Pretty Speccy Scenery Yeah, Ninh Binh’s not bad at all. The landscapes are the real drawcard — all those limestone karsts and rice paddies make for a pretty magic view, especially if you hire a bike and cruise around. The boat trips through the rivers and caves are chilled and worth doin’. It’s heaps quieter than Hanoi, which is a nice break, though there’s not a huge amount going on after dark. You’re here for the scenery, not a big night out. Some of the tourist spots can feel a bit same-same after a while, and getting between ’em without a scooter or tour is a bit of a mission. Accommodation’s fine — nothing flash, but you’ll get a clean room and a cold beer without much fuss. Food’s simple but tasty, especially if you like fresh herbs and grilled stuff. All up, Ninh Binh’s a good spot for a couple of days if you’re keen on some easy-going nature and don’t mind a rustic vibe. Worth a look if you’re passing through — just don’t expect anything too polished. Chuck on a hat and some sunscreen, and you’ll be right.

I had a wonderful experience at Lighthouse Hotel in Ninh Binh. The hotel is located in a convenient location, near markets and attractions, making transportation easy. Rooms are clean, comfortable and fully equipped with amenities. In particular, the receptionist is very friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to assist customers. The hotel also provides a private cooking area and dining table for guests, creating a feeling of home. The yard is spacious and airy, providing a relaxing space after days of exploration. I will definitely return to Lighthouse Hotel on my next trips to Ninh Binh.

Most people does day trip to Ninh Binh, but it needs 2 days...

Most people does day trip to Ninh Binh, but it needs 2 days as there are lot of places around to visit. Unless you know someone who lives there you will not be aware of these. My host was excellent to guide us 1. Tran An River cruise 2. Tom coc river cruise 3. Mua cave 4. Bai Din are the places must visit here
