The green space and many trees, the tranquility is absolute, the staff here is very young and really friendly, the warm welcome from the manager. Although my flight was 2 hours late after providing information, we were still welcomed at the airport, so I was happy to know that they were watching. There is a new spa right in the residence area, and is being discounted, so we have relaxed every day with a cheaper fee as I know. Thanks to the hotel team, we will definitely return next year.

Stayed for 2 days surrounded by this awesome family! Van and his staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is located right on the beach and in the evening it was nice to go out on the balcony and watch the sunset. The room is clean, new plumbing, excellent wi-fi. You can address with any question to Van, and you will be helped! Unfortunately on the last day of arrival I caught a cold and could not fully enjoy the beauty of this place. Definitely put this place on your itinerary, it's worth a visit. Thanks Van!

Absolutely fantastic stay! I was absolutely pleased with everything during my stay. Nhan was always helpful with everything, the accommodation was clean and perfect for a week long stay for a solo traveler as well. Can 100% recommend to everyone and I will visit again if I come to Phu Quoc. Location is great as well, close to the beach and street with cafes and restaurants.

I had a good time. The lady who works at the hotel is very nice. She cooks exceptional food and makes great coffee.

I totally enjoyed my stay at Rosa hotel. The staff and manager were very helpful. They made me feel right at home. They also assisted with every other service I wanted like to order taxi, book tours and take great pictures. I travelled solo and was really concerned about how my stay will be but they put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I 100% recommend Rosa Hotel. Their customer service is really good. We had an amazing stay at AVS hotel and honestly it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is modern looking with spacious, clean rooms and and all amenities. It is very close to the beach, and although the hotel does not have its own sunbeds, you can get them at at the Sunset Beach bar if you pay drinks of food (one of our favorite beach bars with a very nice vibe). The location is excellent, close to Duong Dong night market (short drive with grab or 20 min walk) and 2 minutes from the main street where you can find a lot of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was good. Highly recommended.

Quiet, comfortable, palm trees and pool to fall into from your bed outside your door, excellent staff. What's not like? What you see is what you get. When you arrive at the airport, contact the hotel, they will send a fantastic vehicle to pick you up, no need for airport taxis. One of the best I have stayed in.

The beds are extremely comfortable, and using the conditioner overnight yields excellent results. Additionally, the outdoor area provides a pleasant shaded space perfect for reading a book or relaxing during lunchtime. Awesome host lady and all the staff working there. Booked it for a week for me alone at first, but when my partner arrived got upgraded to a separate room, and kept extending it for 1 more week.
