Realy pacific was amazing .the appartment was very clean,new equipments,spacious and the staf was very very kind.the tuc tuc was in our disposition 24/24.pacific is situated insde a marina with a free bus.we can go to the center any time and also to visit other places for free.the sweaming pool and the beach were very clean and splandid.i realy recomanded

Situated in a convenient location. The host Brain can speak English and very friendly to provide all the information. Highly recommend to upgrade the room with sea view in order to watch the water shows and fireworks, the view is spectacular and near to the kiss bridge. Everyday at 5pm, 7:45pm and 9:30pm has different performance can be seen . Room is very tidy and clean, comfy bed and good shower. Free breakfast severed in a good restaurant, only a few minutes away by the shuttle electric car. Will stay again if I come to Phu Quoc next time.

We had a fantastic time at this property! Everything was just as described, if not better. The location was great—close to the beach, swimming pool, and local market, yet still quiet and relaxing. Our room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had everything we needed, and the service exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the friendly personnel, the easy check-in process, and, of course, the free coffee, and free scooter, this is just amazing. The administrator, Stephen, is truly a great person. He helped us through WhatsApp anytime, 24/7, even with questions not related to the hotel. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others! Rating: 10/10

    Impeccably good service, in fact it was outstanding. Buffet selections were overly generous and it was quite obvious that they were cooked by skilled professional chefs. The gymn had a full array of equipment which was nice. And, the icing on the cake was the prestine beach. This was an incredibly enjoyable vacation - worth every penny I spent.     We booked here last minute and are so glad we did. We even tried to extend but they were full sadly. Lovely and clean, good bathrooms with warm showers. Location is good, right near lovely beach bar with loungers/bean bags and lots of nice restaurants etc. There is a free Shuttle bus which is really handy for getting around. Highly recommended!

    Room & grounds were lovely. Beach was fantastic.

    Room & grounds were lovely. Beach was fantastic. The pool area needs more seating and the umbrellas at the beach all need to be replaced as they are damaged with metal parts hanging down dangerously. The resort is a little tired and just needs a spruce up but was still lovely.

    It was heaven on earth, absolutely beautiful. the scenery was breath taking. I loved the decor. The staff is wonderful, they treat and make you feel like family. I can honestly say, me and my daughter did not want to leave. The local cuisine is delicious. They take tranquility to a whole other level!

    3 nights at the resort would be perfect to enjoy your stay.

    3 nights at the resort would be perfect to enjoy your stay. Vinpearl Safari was good, you can pass on the Grandworld and the Vinwonders. We didn't go for the Island tours as we have already tried snorkeled at better options at other destinations (Eg. Thailand, Phillipines, Indonesia and Maldives).
