That was the best hotel on our 4 week trip to Vietnam. Everything was clean and comfortable, the pool was great and the staff was exceptionally forthcoming and kind. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Vietnam with a wide variety of both western and vietnamese dishes to choose from.

Our stay was amazing!!! Lien was so sweet and helpful, she booked our shows, and gave us all the recommendations! Cute lil breakfast, great room with a good shower. The free bikes were great, we had a beautiful bike to the beach! Far walk to the old town, but was fun! If not you can bike or take a grab for 2$! Couldn’t be happier!! Thanks again!! ❤️

This was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip to Vietnam. The staff was very polite and courteous. Thry helped us with check-in even though we arrived late at night. The night manager and supporting staff were very helpful and kind. Rooms were very clean, well-equipped and spacious. Great ambience in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was very tasty had ample variety. Along with the breakfast spread they offered us several vegan dishes from the veg menu to order from the live kitchen during the breakfast buffet. All the staff members here are really polite and warm. Especially Kathy the customer relations manager is very warm and friendly and makes sure your stay is very comfortable and ensuring everything is going well. The hotel has a complimentary steam and sauna. They also have a free shuttle from and to the Hoi An Ancient Town centre and Cua Dai Beach. Another customer relayions manager Luna was very efficient in helping us locate the shuttle. The location of the hotel is great, with everything nearby and a supermarket just on the opposite side of the road. This hotel is impeccable! Makes you want to come again and stay.

I would like to commend the staff at this hotel, Robert was amazing and very hospitable in meeting all our queries regarding Hoi An. They were also very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and laundry services. The hotel is also in a prime location, 5 minute walk to Old Town. Plus, it's a bonus that Robert gave us Bánh mì when we arrived and even when we were flying out (as we were leaving during lunchtime). He also gave us mung bean treats to have with tea - he is very thoughtful that way.

Third stay at Lasenta. The city view suite was large, with comfortable bed. The hotel provide free water to avoid plastic waste. Laundry service and housekeeping are very efficient. For check in/check out, Rita and Ann were very professional and provide updated informations. During the stay, I mainly exchanged with Leo from the reception who booked the spa for me. He was very professional and friendly. Good pool bar with a view on the paddy fields. All the staff of this hotel do their best to make you feel on holiday and relaxed.

Perfect location at the sea-side. Quiet and calm, beautiful garden, nice beach. we had a seaside apartment. It was huge, beatiful, superb view. Absolute luxury. Really 5 star experience. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Elegant restaurants inside, nice little ones just outside of the resort. Very friendly staff with good sense of humor. One of the best hotels I have been to and would go back again. The rooms are gorgeous, nothing is too much hassle for the staff and they go out of their way to accommodate you. Loved the organic farm which was a real gem and the free shuttle into Hoi A centre. You cannot fault the decor. Never written a review of anything before but this resort was just spectacular.

Our ocean view room was big and comfy. The pool is HUGE. Good size proper gym with a good spa where we have some great massages there. The breakfast is amazing, lots of choices, vegetarian options can be improve though. The staff are super helpful and friendly. It's a great break to get away from the busy old town.

In the ancient town, walking and sight seeing, to block motorists going through the road would be more safer and not being disturbed or lookout for on coming motorists. Grab or E-Taxi easily available at the area. E-taxi able to seat around 10 persons. Morning glory restaurant is recommended. Food is nice.

We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people.

We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people. Everyone has their own room and bathroom which was great and the bedrooms are very comfortable and large with very big beds and phenomenal air conditioning. Communal areas need work tho!! We couldnt enter the kitchen due to a horrific smell from our arrival and there was no plave to relax by the pool. Outdoor furniture would be good. Overall, in particular due to air conditioning, we enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive via whatsapp but not sure Id recommend due to lack of quality communal space, mass of bedding and cleaning ongoing on upper level and fowl kitchen.

If you want to get a feel for a sleepy town which is not a tourism magnet then this is a place to experience a real local town in Vietnam. Add to that the Quang Nam museum in the center of town is very interesting to visit. Hopefully there will be more information for foreign visitors around! The beach is not that far and it is worth to rent a bike or car and spend sometime around some of the villages around the coast there. They have a lot of characters. The food in Tam Ky, especially seafood is awesome too!

The snorkeling here is mediocre.

The snorkeling here is mediocre. The visibility is not very good, and the coral and fish are not worth the effort. The town itself is chill, but the food is not so special. Da Nang and Hoi An had better restaurants.

Lily help me with Bluetooth speaker, she give us welcome drink, present us some souvenirs like painting, some tea and cake so lovely. Washing machine working well. I enjoy barbecue after fishing in the river in the front of. Cleanliness. Warming welcome. Near minimart, market. The restaurant around. I will definitely return.

The old town is a beautiful place to visit at night with all the lanterns lit up. We didn't find any exceptional restaurants. I loved travelling around using the complementary bicycles provided by the hotel.

An Bang beach is the perfect base for a visit to Hoi An. It’s lovely to have the beach for the day with the town being only a 10 minute taxi away for the night time lanterns. It's a beautiful beach - golden sand, warm sea, gently shelving so v safe for kids. Lots of lovely beach bars and restaurants but not a glitzy party place. More low key and family friendly.

Booked 5 nights to relax but reduced to 3 as very little to do and lacking facilities for lounging on beach. Beaches were a hot walk away, with steep climb. Some nice seafront cafes - local, not Western.

Beautiful ancient town. It's like walking in the history. You can walk every where and explore all narrow allies. We too a lantern making class. It was fun. Don't miss to take cooking class with chickpea eatery vegan restaurant. It was our highlights of Vietnam.

This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it.

This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it. Only guesthouses and bikes. Great nature and diving. You can drive up to the lighthouse, but circular movements around the island are now impossible, in several places there are collapses of stones. Look for guesthouses with fresh good reviews, they may not have a sea view, but there will be clean comfortable rooms. Good diving spots! 1-2 days is enough for the trip
