We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and we cannot say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Ame and Sunny at the reception were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel went above and beyond to make our husbands' birthdays special by surprising us with delicious birthday cake – such a thoughtful gesture! The spa at this hotel was a true highlight. The treatments were relaxing, and the staff were skilled and attentive, especially Lisa and Tina. It was the perfect way to unwind after days of exploring the beautiful city of Hoi An. One of the most impressive aspects of this hotel is the incredible value for money it offers. The quality of service, amenities, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. What sets this place apart is their attention to detail. They were always there to assist with any request or question, making sure our stay was flawless. Staying at this hotel truly felt like a home away from home. We can't wait to return, and we wholeheartedly give it a well-deserved 5-star rating. We had a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable 5 nights stay at this hotel this December. During our stay, we were able to experience their ful range of services and are able to report on them for you. Almost immediately after booking our stay at this hotel on booking.com we received an E-mail from the hotel to introduce themselves and their facilities and asking if we had any needs for our stay. Inquiries were quickly and helpfully answered. They emailed again a few days before our stay to enquire about our arrival and if we needed help with airport transfer. On arrival, check-in was very comfortably done on the sofa with the very friendly with the helpful lady from the front desk patiently explaining the hotel services and available tours in Hoi An to us. This attention and care continued throughout out stay when they enquired daily how we slept and how our day went. We had a family connecting room. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully done. The included breakfast was very good and included a delicious selection of local as well as western items. We had enjoyed different types of massages and the spam. The masseuses were awesome. My daughter’s birthday fell during our stay. Every staff seemed to know about it! At breakfast the restaurant staff sang Happy Birthday as they presented her a birthday cake. Later, as we we down for our tour of the day, the receptionist walked us to the car and again wished my daughter Happy Birthday! Such was the care and attention we received at this hotel. We cannot recommend it highly enough!!

Son hotel is definitely the best hotel we stayed in Viatnam and you should book it if you are looking for a luxury small resort in Hoi An.  The hotel team is one of the best we could find .We spent 5 nigths at the son ,so we became very friendly with them and came to know them  by their.Ms. Ly gave us excellent  recommendation for a local beach  and  other good places in the city and we couldn't have done it without her!.Hong and Yyen  helpt  us orgenise my husband birthday and  understood all our crazy ideas to suprise him with all their hart. They even brought a birthday cake with candles and song to the swimming pool to our request. Finally  trang and tan from the bar which preaperd for us coconut coffee and cocktails and we had such a nice talks with  them every day , it was very hard to say goodbye  at the last day ,we really felt like they all where part of our family during our time at Hoi An.  The  hotel design is butifull with colonial style.we had a triple big room with balcony to a butifull swimming pool in the middle. It was very clean and since it was hot we spent every day time at the pool to chill ourself with a nice coconut or solt coffee we could order from the hotel bar to the pool. Thank you for the wonderful time we spent in the Son Hotel we couldn't ask for more , if we could rate the Hotel 10+ we would be more than happy do it!!!

The hotel is really fantastic and far exceeded my expectations I visited a few more after I arrived and convinced myself that my choice was absolutely right and it is an oasis and perhaps the best hotel complex in the city it has a great beach where there are no people and one can to feel like a master because it is like a private beach of the hotel there is a great and clean pool calm quiet huge green areas the construction is in small separate buildings up to two floors as well as villas which makes it infinitely pleasant and is very very far from this kind of hotels with big buildings which only bother the breakfast was fantastic and included a full choice of Asian European American Italian and other cuisines all the staff in the complex were smiling kind and tried to help with everything at the second everything was sparkling clean both the rooms and every single part including the showers constantly someone took care of the green areas or cleaned the alleys even if there was a cold did the vegetation beautifully maintained excellent place I would return with pleasure and recommend it to everyone

We really enjoyed our stay at Vinpearl Resort Nam Hoi. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-designed. The outside pool is enormous and has a separate area for kids. The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of options! For toddlers and kids, there is an indoor and outdoor playing area with slides, swings, and lots of toys. But most importantly, the staff was always incredibly friendly and helpful. From Hong Linh and the the other waiters and waitresses at breakfast to the entire reception, cleaning, and room service staff, we were always greeted by everyone with a smile and helped with any question we had! This really made us enjoy a wonderful holiday. Overall, we had an excellent stay and hope to come back soon!

We had a fantastic 6 nights stay at Lasenta Hotel with first and foremost very kind and service minded staff; especially Sarah and Rita were outstanding! Great breakfast with daily rotating choices for Western and Vietnamese food. Nice sized pool with views of the rice fields, free bicycles and shuttle service to Old Town. We had a very spacious room with view of the rice fields I certainly would recommend Lasenta for your stay in Hoi An !

A pradise!!! The rooms are super nicely decorated and spacious with a lovely balcony and a beautiful view on the garden, the beds are very confortable. We ate several times at the restaurant and the food is delicious. They even let us order at the restaurant and served us the food next to the beach. We enjoyed a great massage a few times at the hotel's SPA. The staff is very friendly.

Lovely resort with great facilities and extremely helpful and kind staff. Vũ was particularly generous and friendly towards us and helped make our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic. There are regular free shuttle buses in and out of the centre of Hoi An, which take about 15 minutes each way.

The room was nice, and I especially enjoyed the balcony — it was perfect for just chilling out, reading a book, and recharging. The old town of Hoi An is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere. I especially recommend a trip to the old covered market where you can get the best Vietnamese food, freshly cooked at really great prices.

If you want to get a feel for a sleepy town which is not a tourism magnet then this is a place to experience a real local town in Vietnam. Add to that the Quang Nam museum in the center of town is very interesting to visit. Hopefully there will be more information for foreign visitors around! The beach is not that far and it is worth to rent a bike or car and spend sometime around some of the villages around the coast there. They have a lot of characters. The food in Tam Ky, especially seafood is awesome too!

We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people.

We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people. Everyone has their own room and bathroom which was great and the bedrooms are very comfortable and large with very big beds and phenomenal air conditioning. Communal areas need work tho!! We couldnt enter the kitchen due to a horrific smell from our arrival and there was no plave to relax by the pool. Outdoor furniture would be good. Overall, in particular due to air conditioning, we enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive via whatsapp but not sure Id recommend due to lack of quality communal space, mass of bedding and cleaning ongoing on upper level and fowl kitchen.

The snorkeling here is mediocre. The visibility is not very good, and the coral and fish are not worth the effort. The town itself is chill, but the food is not so special. Da Nang and Hoi An had better restaurants.

Lily help me with Bluetooth speaker, she give us welcome drink, present us some souvenirs like painting, some tea and cake so lovely. Washing machine working well. I enjoy barbecue after fishing in the river in the front of. Cleanliness. Warming welcome. Near minimart, market. The restaurant around. I will definitely return.

Fabulous, I loved every minute.

Fabulous, I loved every minute. I stayed at Emma Homestay 2 which was a great location. I was close to the Ancient City and lake with all the lighted lanterns at night. Great eating places and massage shops close by. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

An Bang beach is the perfect base for a visit to Hoi An. It’s lovely to have the beach for the day with the town being only a 10 minute taxi away for the night time lanterns. It's a beautiful beach - golden sand, warm sea, gently shelving so v safe for kids. Lots of lovely beach bars and restaurants but not a glitzy party place. More low key and family friendly.

Booked 5 nights to relax but reduced to 3 as very little to do and lacking facilities for lounging on beach. Beaches were a hot walk away, with steep climb. Some nice seafront cafes - local, not Western.

The vibes is great cool town and very relaxing, lots of good cafe, restaurants and pubs for dining, chill out and entertainment. The river was very beautiful at night with all the lights. There are many special shops selling lamps, pastries, and local street foods, a lot of ancient building and structure to take photo with. Love the people there.

This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it. Only guesthouses and bikes. Great nature and diving. You can drive up to the lighthouse, but circular movements around the island are now impossible, in several places there are collapses of stones. Look for guesthouses with fresh good reviews, they may not have a sea view, but there will be clean comfortable rooms. Good diving spots! 1-2 days is enough for the trip
